We found some incredible hiking spots (Plattekill Falls and North/South Lake) and enjoyed finer dining than we expected in Saugerties (Miss Lucy’s Kitchen and Annarella Ristorante).
After hiking, relaxing in the hot tub was exactly what we all needed. My husband loved that the place had quality wine glasses and even large square ice cubes for bourbon.

Each of the bedrooms comes equipped with ample storage space for your belongings as well as a flat-screen smart TV, strategic lighting and ceiling fans. The master suite king bedroom, as well as bedroom 2 is equipped with a desk and chair as well, making it an ideal workspace if someone in your group needs a private and quiet place to be productive.

The master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom and the other bedrooms share the large hall bathroom with double sink vanity. Each bathroom is equipped with both a bathtub and a shower for your relaxation and refreshment. Your hosts will provide complimentary toiletries, which include shampoo, conditioner, hand soap, shower gel, makeup remover pads, and Q-tips. High-quality towels will also be provided.

This house is a short drive from beautiful hiking trails, national parks, dining, shopping and skiing in the area, but sometimes, relaxing at home is the best option. From the front of the house, you can take in the spectacular views of nature and trees. In the backyard, the outdoor seating offers a variety of options for dining and relaxing while enjoying the beautiful views of the forest. You can gather in the large private hot tub, or gather around the Fire Pit in comfortable Adirondack chairs for conversation and planning for your next adventure. A supply of wood for the fire will be provided for you.

Experience the best of the Catskills with our convenient location! Staying at High Falls Lodge feels like you are in the middle of nowhere yet you are minutes away from everything. The drive down our road is adorned with a canopy of trees (changing colors with the seasons). In the area there are national parks, great hiking trails, swimming holes, vintage and antique shopping as well as art. We are a 20 minute drive to Hunter Mountain which offers great skiing in the Winter and HITTS horse show in the Summer. Also, explore the other nearby towns such as Woodstock, Catskill, Kingston and Rhinebeck.
Enjoy dining at Saugerties Main Street and taste delicious Farm-to-Table cuisine and see live music on weekends, all while surrounded by the serene beauty of the area.

✹ GENERAL: You'll have exclusive use of the entire house and the outdoor living areas during your booking. If you need any assistance or have any questions during your stay, your hosts are available to help.
✹ PARKING: Our driveway can accommodate 3 vehicles. Please note that street parking and parking in the yard are not permitted.
✹ WORK FROM HOME: There is free, high-speed WiFi available throughout the home, plus a designated workspace in the master and second bedroom.
✹ FAMILY & CHILDREN FRIENDLY: Traveling with little ones? We’ve got you covered with a few supplies, including a high chair, pack n’ play, and basinet and children's dinnerware available for guests to use.
✹ PETS: We are a pet-friendly property, but please inform us in advance if you’ll be bringing one.
We accept up to 2 dogs, provided that they are well-behaved, do not cause any damage such as chewing or scratching, and each weighs 50 lbs or less.
For your convenience, we provide blankets specifically tailored for your four-legged companions for use when sitting on furniture or beds.
Our pet fee is $100 for a maximum of two (2) dogs during the rental period.
✹ ACCESS: Every guest group will receive a unique key code to access the house. For the safety of our guests, this code is changed after each stay.
The road leading up to the house is paved and in great condition and the driveway is gravel and a little steep.
