Large, Sunny, upper floor Studio.
Beautiful Victorian restored into 4 luxurious apartments. Located in the gorgeous Historic district of Pueblo, this home was built by a prominent lawyer in 1900. It had fallen into decay when acquired by the current owner in 2000. Many hours of sweat and tears brought this beauty back to life for another 100 years, of grand service. Enjoy the tree lined, peaceful neighborhood from one of two front porches. Leave your vehicle at home and quickly walk to 2 main medical facilities. If your pet has travelled with you there is a fenced in yard to explore, as well as beautiful Mineral Palace park, two blocks away. Enjoy the comfortable furnishings in all of our apartments including leather couches and chairs and brand new mattresses. Flat screen tvs, free wi-fi and internet and cable all provided free along with a free laundry, located in the keycode accessed main foyer.
