Schulz Museum and Research Center, Safari West, Armstrong Redwoods State Natural Reserve, and more.

Step through the gracious front porch into a bright, airy family room adorned with contemporary art and modern furniture, complete with a TV and a fireplace - a perfect space for relaxation, reading, and enjoying the provided board games. Continue the tour to discover a spacious, open-concept kitchen and dining area, fully equipped to prepare meals sourced from the Healdsburg farmer's market. Adjacent, a separate living area offers easy access to the back deck. Here, you will find a welcoming outdoor dining area and a hanging swing chair for birdwatching. Outside, a renovated barn awaits, featuring an eight-person veranda table, a Ping-Pong table, a library, and comfortable seating. Experience the sunset from two picnic tables next to the bocce ball court.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
