This is an historic 100-year-old Italianate building with some of its grandeur still intact. This top floor-condo has unobstructed views of the ocean and city skyline, with the Queen Mary, yachts, cruise ships, sail boats, parasails coming and going right before your eyes. The large windows in the living and dining room allow for an incredible ocean breeze, and the ceiling fans provide a refreshing way to cool off in this nearly 1,000 square foot space. The building does not have central air due to its age, however a high-quality portable AC unit is provided and has consistently proven effective—especially when combined with the cool coastal airflow.

Recently remodeled, the condo offers spacious rooms, including a fully equipped kitchen (with a rice cooker!) and a unique dressing room from decades past, separate from the bathroom. The bathroom and large, original soaking tub for ultimate relaxation. Modern decor is paired with some of the building's original details, giving it an electric and charming atmosphere.

For those seeking a quiet place to unwind, the 12th-floor library offers a peaceful environment and a great selection of books.
Guests have access to a unique walkabout that offers unobstructed views of both the city and ocean in nearly every direction. To access this stunning 360-degree view, simply exit through the library and enjoy the breathtaking sights of the coastline and the city skyline.

For guests planning on a longer stay, laundry facilities are located on the 12th floor. The machines operate with a PayRange account, which can be easily downloaded to your phone. Simply add a credit card, follow the instructions on the washing machine, and you're ready to go.

The city lights and ocean views from the condo make this location ideal. Downtown is just one block south, with a very large movie theatre, The Pike mall, food trucks, and entertainment options. The convention center is also within walking distance just three blocks away.

The location near the Convention Center, downtown Long Beach, and the superb view of the water made this Apartment a wonderful alternative to a sterile hotel.

What a beautiful gem hidden in Long Beach! You would never guess how beautiful and modern this apartment is, plenty of amenities, incredible view, and gorgeous decor. The host was incredibly sweet and communicative from booking all the way to the end of stay. Highly recommend and will definitely stay here next time we visit!

The view was amazing! Close to the Conference Center and the aquarium. Unit is very nice. There was a heat wave when we were there, so it got a little hot during the day. Just a bad week to be in CA , no fault of the owner. Would stay again.

Dear Future Guests, I and my small family love hosting. My husband is a Vietnam Vet and our son was serving in the US Navy. He has 4 children. Unfortunately, he passed away while serving our USA. Before he passed, he saved and worked hard to make sure his children will have a business that they could run and be self sufficient business owners. He was in the process of purchasing a condo and was so excited about teaching them the ropes; but unfortunately he passed away soon after his purchase. The money he left us, my husband and I took over his purchase of the condo and renovated it ourselves with our grandchildren. It was hard work as we were working thru our grief of losing their Dad and our only Son. We just opened it up and everyone of his children has a role in running it. We are teaching them to carry on his legacy of serving, sacrificing and being self sufficient so that his memory and his dream can continue to live on thru them.

Why they chose this property

We chose Long Beach, because of the view of the Ocean and of the Queen Mary. We are all so fascinated about the Ocean and the fact that the convention center is just within walking distance. It is located in the heart of downtown and the unobstructed views and walking distance/views of the Cruise Ships, Sail Boats, The Boardwalk, Food Trucks, the Beach, Shops and Movie Theatre are so amazing.

What makes this property unique

This is a beautiful 100 year old Historic Building with most of its Italian Ornateness still in tact. We love its uniqueness and quirks from a century ago. It is one of the first buildings built here on Ocean Blvd. and its beauty and uniqueness surpasses all the buildings here in longbeach.
