In a gated community a short drive to I75, this 4 bedroom, 3 bath home has it all!! Community pool and playground, a short drive to Anna Marie Island, Shopping at the outlet mall, or all the activities that Lakewood Ranch and Sarasota have to offer. Don't stay in a hotel for that sports tournament, spread out and enjoy the comforts of this beautiful home.
The kitchen has all the supplies you need to make that gourmet meal. The dining room table seats 8 and is perfect for your family gathering. Or take it outside to the dining table on the lanai. All of the bedrooms have linens. The 4th bedroom is set up for babies and toddlers with a travel crib. If you need the extra space, there is plenty of room for an air mattress. All the bathrooms offer towels and hair dryers. There is a full-size washer and dryer perfect for those beach towels! Beach chairs and towels are provided, all you need to do is bring your clothes!
