Overall great stay. Loved the old historic building. Host was great, even made a special trip to drop off a piece of equipment we asked for. We will definitely stay again.

Good location for walking around Mineral point. Spacious apartment. It is an old building so some funky features like sloping floors. There are stairs to climb if you have any mobility issues. The cafe downstairs is good.

Great apartment in the heart of Mineral Point. It was a spacious place with modern kitchen and bathroom. Able to walk to everything. When I'm back in the area, I'll stay here again. Also enjoyed breakfast at Cafe 43 which is in the building.

Excellent location, especially for taking classes at Shake Rag. We could walk to everything. AND a fabulously charming and delicious cafe to have breakfast and lunch by the fireplace right down the stairs from us. I would stay here every time I come to Mineral Point!
Spacious living room Open to the kitchen.
Love this sunny kitchen that looks out on galleries and downtown.
Two queen beds in one large room separated by a partition.

The apartment has an ideal location—right in the heart of downtown Mineral Point. It’s a great location if you are taking classes at Shake Rag Alley. It is nicely decorated with everything you need, and has the charm of a historical building. There are two queen size beds and a comfy sofa as well as an open kitchen with table and chairs. There is also a charming cafe in the lower level of the building. Two areas need improvement, however. Upon arrival, I noticed the underside of the toilet was dirty and someone had used the toilet, but didn’t flush. Also, the TV’s streaming service kept going out.Other than those two issues, it was a very nice place to stay.

The apartment was in a great location and was very charming, and we appreciated the little touches, but we had a few issues. The bed was very uncomfortable, and we had a Japanese beetle (the ones that look like ladybugs) infestation while we were there (which we know can happen at this time of year). Our biggest frustration was the inability to watch TV. The World Series was on and should have been easily accessible on basic TV, but we couldn't find it on any of the channels. Our efforts to screen share from our phones were constantly interrupted by the internet, which kept going out.
