It is only two minutes away from San Luis Mission Park which has a pet park, pond with bridge, and nature trails 👣. Florida State University (FSU) is a mere 7 mins away as well. Living room couches are super comfy and the 75 inch Smart LG OLED TV is perfect for an immersive entertainment experience. There is a washer and dryer for your convenience. Outside is a spacious patio if you'd like to get some fresh air, feel nature, or just to take a smoke.

Perfect For Weekend FSU Visit Or Extended Tallahassee Stay

We had a lovely week visiting Tallahassee staying at Bruce’s townhouse. The unit is spacious and comfortable - a good place to relax. It has a well appointed kitchen with a nice coffee bar and a washer / dryer adjacent. It currently only has one queen bed, though with a very comfortable mattress. The second bedroom has two couches and a desk and is not shown in any photos. The complex is conveniently located close to FSU and Doak Campbell Stadium as well as to Publix, Walmart, Aldi, and a number of good restaurants. Bruce was an excellent host and made our stay quite comfortable. Thanks.
