You’ll pull up to a quiet residential street, step inside, and immediately feel it: an easy, open-concept layout made for the kind of weekends you talk about later. The living room invites you to sink into the big leather sectional, let the fireplace glow, and ease into the night with a round of games and a drink in hand—no reservations required.



But the real magic waits outside.



The backyard is a full-blown Old Town resort, tucked behind your own gates. Mornings start with coffee at the massive outdoor dining table while the string lights fade into daylight. Afternoons turn into pool time (heated in the winter months), with the waterfall running in summer and the patio set up for everyone—sun loungers, conversation corners, and that “we’re not leaving” feeling.



As the sun drops, the vibe shifts: fire beacons dancing on the pool waterfall, the separate fire pit crackling nearby, and the hot tub ready when you want to stay out just a little longer. Add in the bocce court, and suddenly “one more round” becomes the theme of the night.

For essentials, there are multiple grocery stores nearby, including a Safeway just under 2 miles away, making it easy to stock up for your stay.

Other Things to Note:

Please be respectful of neighbors and capacity not to exceed 12 persons on the property at any given time and only the designated overnight guests. There is a security camera facing the entry gate when you enter for monitoring package deliveries when the home is vacant etc… We also have noise monitors installed which alert us if there is excessive noise in the backyard as a courtesy to our neighbors. Maintenance personnel (pool, landscaping, pest control, etc...) may arrive on property during your stay but will do my best to give you a heads up here.



Pool heating is available for $100 per night and can be arranged after your booking is confirmed. To ensure your comfort, we recommend requesting it in advance during cooler months.

Any cancellation refund issued will be less the cost of payment processing fees incurred (these are typically 4%, but vary by booking platform). Because payment processing fees are incurred at the time the reservation is made and are not refunded by the payment processor, we must subtract this amount from any refund that we issue.

We require both a waiver and ID upload prior to receiving check-in instructions. You are welcome to view the waiver terms prior to booking!

There is a $500 fine for not replacing the outdoor TV cover when not in use.
