About this space
This cozy studio is located in the historic Newbo District. Shops, restaurants and entertainment are all within walking distance. Alliant Energy Center, TCR, Paramount Theater, CSPS and the McGrath Ampitheater are all nearby. The Cedar Valley bike trail access is also just around the corner.
The space
The loft is on the 2nd floor in a historic building above a small shop. The front room is bright and sunny with room darkening blinds and curtains. There is a queen bed and sleeper sofa in this space. Linens for the sleeper sofas are available upon request. Full kitchen, bathroom, and laundry are in the space. A sound machine and ear plugs are available in case you are ready to settle in and the live music nearby is still playing. The stairway is narrow and fairly steep but there is a handrail and it is well lit. Everything you need for a weekend or a longer stay. Bike storage in the lower level entrance available upon request.

Historic charmer

Highly recommend this gem for anyone looking to experience the best of the area. Jenny was exceptionally accommodating, ensuring our stay was seamless and enjoyable. The space was beautifully decorated, clean and incredibly comfortable.

Perfect Location

I was quite impressed with the White Elephant Loft! Very clean and a real cute layout. Perfect location! Has access to everything you would need. We will definitely stay again!
