The C Ave Magnolia House is a cute little 4 bed, 1 bath home over in the Time Czech neighborhood. Has just gotten a total redo from the top down. Single bedroom on the main floor with a couple couches in the living room. 3 more bedrooms upstairs for extra guests. 1 bedroom is walk thru and the stairs are steep to the 2nd floor. Easy access to downtown and all over Cedar Rapids. Kitchen and living room all together on main floor with bathroom and laundry. Shared nonfenced backyard and street parking out front for walk up access.

Perfect place!

This property was absolutely perfect. Plenty of space, amenities, and beyond excellent communication from owners. We needed a spot close to downtown with little traffic for our stay during state wrestling! This hit every check for us! 10 out 10!

Great, Relaxing Stay

Very decent domicile for our CR visit. Stairs are steep and provide excellent fitness workouts and motivation to remain sober. Comfortable seating areas with good kitchen supplies. Most importantly, Mark our Host communicated with us with any issues. He's proactive as well as responsive for any hiccups which may occur.

The house was comfortable and clean, but the carpeting and furniture were very worn. I think an update on kitchen supplies would be good, but more to the point most of the kitchen supplies were out of my 5'4' reach and there wasn't a step stool. A working ice maker would also be nice as well.

Good visit

The property was clean and comfortable. We only used the downstairs bedroom. Going up and down the steep staircase multiple times would have been challenging, although the railings on both sides make it safe. The upstairs bedrooms were quite warm also, but that’s not really a surprise given the high temperatures outside.

Cedar Rapid local neighbourhood

We came over for college visits and didn’t want to stay in a hotel but rather in private house. This house was perfect for us. Silent neighbourhood, parking right at the street, short distance to Coe / Cornell College and not too far away from Iowa City. Full equipped kitchen, washer & dryer, wifi, spacious sofa area… all as described. Thanks for the efficient communication with the host!

Cedar Rapids Family Get Together

We hadn’t seen our daughter and grandkids in 3 yrs. We brought our 3 yo grandson that hadn’t met his aunt or 2 cousins till this trip. We grilled and went swimming and just had a good family get together. The one tv could of used some external speakers. It had to be load to hear. It could of used another tv for kids. Stay overall was very good!

Graduation trip

The property was very clean and put together. Only thing missing was a cam opener in the kitchen. Didn't like the fact that the house was on a busy main street, too noisy for me. I had the front bedroom. Other than that it was decent.
