CONSTRUCTION NOTICE - There will be concrete restoration project happening at 1800 Atlantic Starting in May 2025 through the Spring of 2026. This construction WILL impact your stay if you are staying during the week days. Please contact All Florida Keys Property Management for more detailed information.

1800 Atlantic 4th floor condominiums unit C439.
Overlooking Smathers Beach and the Atlantic Ocean, this two bedroom, two bath penthouse condo has an upgraded and fully equipped kitchen with all new appliances, bamboo cabinets, granite counter tops and an elegant adjoining dining area.

A private 40-foot balcony, opening from the living room and bedrooms, has an additional dining area as well as casual seating. New furniture and large flat-screen TVs are in both bedrooms and the living room. Complimentary wireless high-speed internet/cable is provided, washer and dryer and secure, assigned, covered parking.

This tropical retreat is perfect for a family get-away or for couples looking to relax and play in magical Key West. There is a king bed in the master bedroom, a queen bed in the guest bedroom, plus a quality queen sleeper sofa in the living room.

1800 ATLANTIC has lush tropical gardens, picnic areas, barbeque grills, a large whirlpool as well as a heated Olympic-size pool and extensive sunning decks all overlooking the Atlantic Ocean. For tennis enthusiasts there are 3 lighted courts, one of which is clay.

Situated just a mile and half from historic downtown Key West, 1800 ATLANTIC Unit C439 offer a peaceful escape at affordable prices.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Rental was wonderful. Unit was clean. Beds comfortable. Kitchen stocked with what you need, though I’d suggest a cookie sheet. The highlight was the balcony. Huge balcony that you can access from the living room and both bedrooms. Views were beautiful. Only negative was the person we spoke to when we got there. There ere clear instructions to contact the on-site person to gain access to the lobby for first time. Female was a bit rude and hung up on us the first time after she asked the unit number twice. Called back and same person. Not sure if it was a connection issue or not but she continued to ask me to restate the unit and then buzzed us in without saying anything. But minor issue and vacation was great.
