We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful home! The kitchen was well stocked with everything we could want. There were lots of toys and games for the little ones and the location to the beach and town was fantastic!We hope to be back!

We thoroughly enjoyed the house. Great kitchen with everything you need to prepare a feast for a big family. Our family of 10 made good use of the wonderful large kitchen and dining. The only thing that was lacking was closet space in the bedrooms but really wasn’t a big issue. Great walkable location in a cute neighborhood. We loved everything about this house.

Great house, great location. House super well stocked. Great for our family of 4, family of 3 and the two of us. The five bedrooms and bathrooms worked well. The kitchen was huge with table seating for at least 10.

Perfect property

Highly recommend this property. Probably the best rental we have ever had for an our group. Great for cooking and hanging out with friends and family. Close to beach and town. Kitchen had everything we needed.

Great Vacation Home

This home was perfect for our multigenerational family vacation. The kitchen was very well equipped and the home was clean, comfortable and beautifully decorated. We enjoyed being walking distance from the beach, especially with younger kids, a toddler and a baby. Everyone in our party agreed the home was ideal and wanted to book again for next year!

A wonderful stay

We could not have asked for a better house or host for our annual Manzanita family vacation! Andrea was so wonderful to work with and the layout was perfect for our large family. We were so impressed with the thoughtfulness of the design and everything put into the home. The house was stocked with everything we needed and more! We can’t wait to come back next year!

Best House of Any VRBO That We Have Stayed!

Loved the kitchen! Quality supplies and fully stocked. The cleanest house of any vacation rentals we have stayed. Great Communication with Host. I wanted to take the Butler Pantry home with me! Overall experience was great!

Exceptional experience! Perfect house.

A three night visit was simply not enough.... this house is perfection! It had everything we needed for a fun time with friends. The kitchen was well stocked and even had snacks and coffee provided. There were so many considerations for children-- high chair, travel crib, bunk beds, big bath tub, toys, plastic dishware, etc. There is a beautiful library, which also doubled as a nursery for one of the babies. The beds and furniture were comfy and good quality. The house has a very comfortable, welcoming energy. We had friends staying at a nearby house and everyone was commenting that Once Upon A Tide just had a much better "feel" and layout for a group. Zero things we would change... we will be back for sure!

A perfect house for our family vacation. 14 of us, 3 generations, had a wonderful family get together at your home. There was easy and timely communication with Andrea. The house easily and comfortably slept all of us in a very quiet and safe neighborhood. The home was unbelievably well stocked with everything we needed and never had to “run to the store” because we ran out of supplies. Because of food allergies, we had to cook all of our meals but the open floor plan of the gigantic kitchen-family room-dining room easily accommodated all of us at the same time. We were able to prep our meals, cook, play board games, do jigsaw puzzles and talk all at the same time together in the same space. Of course, the hot tub, ping pong table, and the corn hole was enjoyed by everyone. Even though we were cooking for 14 hungry eaters, the kitchen came with huge pots and pans which made food preparation easy. We never ran out of plates, bowls or utensils. When one of us needed quiet time, there were many nooks and crannies that we could escape to. Thank you Andrea for letting us use your wonderful home. We will gladly rent your home if we vacation in Manzanita again.
