THE POOL AND SPA WILL BE UNAVAILABLE THE MONTH OF FEBRUARY MARCH and some of April 2026 WHILE IT GETS REMODELED

Enjoy easy access to everything from this perfectly located home base.

There are 4 bedrooms and a bonus room. The master has a king, 1 bedroom has a queen and 2 bedrooms have a queen over queen bunk beds. The bonus room is off the living room and has a queen day bed with a queen trundle under it.

Kitchen
Fully equipped with all the essentials + more. Including pots, pans, glassware, silverware, bakeware, keurig coffee maker, toaster, and filtered water dispenser in refrigerator. Should you have any questions about a particular kitchen item, don't hesitate to reach out to check if we have it.

Bedrooms and Bathrooms
All bedrooms include Smart TVs. Primary bathroom features a rain shower head and freestanding soaking tub.. All bathrooms are stocked with soap, shampoo, conditioner, towels, wash cloths and make-up towels.

Living Room
HUGE sectional makes for a perfect movie night front of the fireplace on the 65 in Smart TV w/ streaming.

Backyard
Catch the game on the outdoor patio overlooking the pool.

Technology
Every room is equipped with a Smart TV including. Stream your favorite content via Samsung TV, HBO Max, Netflix and Hulu.

Host was very responsive and the cleanliness of the place was superb. Great location and easy access to all Austin has to offer. It would be nice to have more than one wine glass :). Take a walk to the park if you stay!

Wonderful Home and a Super Responsive Host

We loved our stay at this central Austin home. It was perfect for our family of four and even better than the pictures online. The house was beautifully designed, very clean, and fully stocked with everything we needed. There are five beds, and the daybed room was especially cozy and great for afternoon naps. The pool and spa were a big hit, and the location made it easy to explore the city. Sean was quick to respond and helpful with any questions we had. We will definitely book again.

A great respite from PNW winter

My family decided to temporarily relocate to Austin this year as a 5-week respite from the Pacific Northwest winters. This home was centrally located in the Rosedale community with easy access to coffee shops, restaurants, and Central Market. Getting around town and downtown is easy from here, too. The home is nicely designed and has a great layout. The single level was great for my elderly parents as well.
