Listing has over 2000 sq. feet 3 spacious bedrooms each with queen size bed, TV, WI-FI, laundry room, fully loaded kitchen with dining granite dining area, central air throughout and fans, 1 huge bathroom with separate standup shower, jet bathtub jacuzzi and large sunroom with panoramic view of Elizabeth River
Guest access
Guests are welcome to roam in and around the space throughout. The yard are fenced in for privacy and BBQ grill and outdoor furniture are available with access to share boat pier for scenic view, crabbing and fishing.

Boat tour ride and jet ski rentals coming in summer 2024.
