New HVAC for comfortable heat and cool. Great deck with self closing gate for safety of pets and small ones, plus a retractable awning. Open floor plan with tons of natural light. This home has a double living room with the potential to make it a 4th bedroom with 2 sleeper sofas. Recently revised outdoor space with increased parking for up to 5 vehicles.

Sheets and towels are provided based on the total number of guests in your reservation for $125.00. Cleaning after your stay is provided for $175.

Reservations with 7-10 guests will be charged an additional charge of $75 per guest to accommodate for added linens and cleaning.

Max of 2 small breed non-vicious dogs are welcome but must be stated on reservation. There is a charge of $90/dog to accommodate for added cleaning.

Great place to stay

We stayed this last week and the place was in our top 3 places we have stayed in the past 20 years. Mr. Leo is great to work with. Can't say a bad thing. Will definitely rent again.

Wonderful vacation week

We had a wonderful stay at Ocean Lakes. This was our first vacation bringing our two dogs and the house was perfect. It is very spacious with a back yard and front porch with a gate. Perfect for families with pets.

The house was great for our family. The mattresses could be better, but for a rental it is what you expect. Has a great deck with plenty of outdoor seating!
