The house was built in 2001, and features large tile flooring and high ceilings. The downstairs has separate AC controls so feel free to fine to the temperature to your liking.

The entire house features conditioned water that filters out hardness and minerals, leaving skin feeling softer and clothes feeling cleaner. Reverse osmosis drinking water is available in the kitchen so you can feel safe about the water you're drinking.

The house has 4 bedroom and one of the rooms that is featured downstairs is a mother-in-law suite with its own adjacent private bathroom and laundry room. This room has a king bed and will sleep up to two guests.

There are 3 bedrooms upstairs that includes a master bedroom with it’s own private bathroom, two sinks, large hot tub, and a walk in shower. Another room will feature a queen bed . Right next to this room is the children’s room with a bunk bed with full over twin bed.

Each bedroom door in the home is lined with a sound-proof material to help keep noise in while keeping unwanted noise out.
