Escape to paradise and stay at this beautiful 4 bed / 3 bath home including everything you need to have a comfortable vacation. Enjoy the open spaces of the large kitchen, 2 dining areas, and 2 living rooms. Dine or relax outside in the Florida sun with ample seating beside the gorgeous, heated pool. We provide smart TV's in every bedroom and both living rooms, luxury linens and towels, bathroom essentials, kitchen essentials, private office space, and more. This home is just minutes from endless food, shopping and nearby attractions. Only 40min from gorgeous white sand beaches and 1hr from Disney World! Your own private paradise awaits you!

The Space

Main Floor: Living room with smart TV and queen pull-out bed, dining room with seating for 6 and a walk-out patio, large kitchen, a second dining area with seating for 6, laundry room, family room with smart TV and queen pull-out bed and walk-out patio, a bunk room with memory foam mattresses that can comfortably sleep 5 kids or adults with smart TV and an attached bathroom, and a large primary suite with private office space, smart TV, private walk-out patio, walk-in closet, and private bathroom with walk-in shower.

2nd Floor: Two additional bedrooms with a queen bed in each, a smart TV in each, and a full bathroom.

Exterior: Fully enclosed, extra deep HEATED pool beside a large covered patio featuring deep seated couches, a roll-away pool safety fence for the little ones and pets, barstools and food counter with pass-thru windows to the kitchen, a BBQ grill, and an outdoor dining area with seating for 6. Outside of the lanai is a conversational patio set on the private primary patio, and a huge fenced yard for your kids or pets to enjoy, there’s even a tree swing!

Guest access
You will have private access to the entire home, with your own unique front door and security system pin code. All other codes will be disabled during your stay. There are security cameras on the front exterior, the doorbell, and the pool.

Clean, quiet and cozy home

We were in town for my Father’s funeral. The photos of the house had a coziness feeling and this was felt upon walking into the home and throughout as well. It was a great location and was just right for us. We had a few enjoy the heated pool eventually, but we mostly had many happy and sad conversations in the kitchen, counter/table and sitting areas. All the spaces were clean and in good order. We noticed there were snacks, drinks and condiments in the cabinets or fridge, probably up for grabs but we weren’t comfortable with it so we left them as is. Thank you for an inviting and wonderful space that we were able to rest at. We would certainly stay here again if ever needed.

Golf getaway

We had a fun stay. The house was perfect for our group of seven golfers. It was clean and we really liked the outdoor area with pool and relaxing sitting area that included a small bar. There was plenty of room for all of us. Overall, it was a great experience, and we would consider this property again in the future.

Family reunion

We had a two day get together. Beds were very comfortable. Spacious kitchen and very nice gathering areas in the living room and den. The pool looked great and was warm enough to swim. Would highly recommend for 3 couples with or without children.

The house was just as advertised. Very clean and family friendly. The host is super friendly and willing to assist in any way she can to make your stay easy and enjoyable. They provided nice little perks such as coffee, creamer, sweetener, laundry detergent, dryer sheets, toiletries, trash bags, etc. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend this property.

Wonderful memories!

We stayed at Florida Family Paradise for our son's graduation from UT and had a fantastic time! The house was as described and more! It was spacious, which allowed for all of our family to be able to be comfortable and enjoy themselves (even while our grandson was napping)! The house was well stocked, so there wasn't anything that we needed that was not in the home. This made our stay so much more enjoyable. The pool was clean, refreshing and a source of fun times! Jessie was a pleasure to work with and her home is wonderful!

Great family home in quiet neighborhood

This house was perfect for my wife and I and our son’s family. We had a total of 8 people and this was just what we needed. The home was very clean and had everything you would ever need, including equipment for our beach trip including coolers, umbrellas, beach chairs sand toys and beach. Jessie the owner was even able to allow us an early check in. Great house, great weather, great vacation

A beautiful home!

This is a fabulous home. Equipped with everything you could possibly need. Peaceful location but only a few minutes from everything. In terms of shopping, restaurants etc. We travelled as a family of 5 adults from the Uk for a two week vacation and had a wonderful stay. Jessie is a great host and responded immediately to any queries we had. Can’t fault anything! An amazing place to stay😊

Suburban Getaway

We enjoyed our time here. It is located in the suberbs of Tampa. The house was comfortable. Kitchen was stocked with condiments. The pool is nice and big. There were some issues with the pool being heated. I contacted the owner and she resolved the issue. We did have a couple days of cold pool water, but the owner did what they could to fix the problem. The house is an hour from the beaches. Overall a nice house for our family of 9.

Felt like home

This home met our needs and more. It was so spacious for our family of 8. The furniture and decor are absolutely beautiful, but doesn’t feel like a museum. We truly felt at home. I was amazed at the stocked kitchen with dishes. And plenty of towels! The owner was quick to respond to messages and very pleasant. I loved this house so much, and would definitely stay again.

5 childhood friends celebrating our 50th birthdays in Florida! We did a little Disney, a little shopping a little Beach. This house was central to everything we wanted to do. I will say this is a new VRBO listing & I was the first to rent it. Jessie did an awesome job, everything was smooth- a few first time hiccup, but nothing major. It was awesome. Paradise at FL Family Paradise

We absolutely LOVED our stay at the FL Family Paradise House!!! Host was quick to respond(usually within 5 min.)!!! House was wonderful and well stocked! Can't say enough great things about the host and house! Everything you need for an awesome vacation was provided! We wanted for nothing. There was even some food and water in the refrigerator (unexpired) and cupboards. This was unexpected and a nice surprise. All appliances that we used worked. There were LOTS of places to plug in and charge your phones. Details for property were provided in detail. Beds were comfortable! Even the couch pull out bed was comfortable! Recommend without reservations!!! Definitely plan to reserve again! We'll also recommend this place for visiting friends as well! Thank you for such an awesome experience! It was exactly what we needed for our getaway get-together with our family and friends!!!

Everything we could of asked for

Our family came to stay at this property in valrico for a wedding and when we arrived we was blown away by the size and quality of the house. Every amenity was available and everything from the luxury beds, the extremely well equipped kitchen and the beautiful pool left us not wanting for anything. The area is very close to all the stores and outlets of Brandon nearby, with Tampa Zoo and Busch Gardens just a stones throw away however the neighbourhood itself is very quiet. Jessie made sure we was well looked after and was on hand for any questions we had too which was reassuring. I cannot recommend this property for any family wanting to visit this area and Tampa, you will not be disappointed.
