Bathrooms
Three bathrooms are stocked with towels, hair dryers, and bathroom essentials. Guests can choose between two showers and one tub, while toilets include heated seats and hot water bidets for added comfort.

Kitchen & dining
The fully equipped kitchen includes modern appliances such as a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, and toaster. You’ll find all the cookware and dining essentials needed for shared meals. Dine indoors with seating for six upstairs and two downstairs, or enjoy outdoor meals at dining tables that seat six guests each.

Living spaces
Bright windows and comfortable seating fill the main living room, where you can gather on the sectional sofa or lounge chair for conversation, movies, or board games. Entertainment includes 55` and 42` 4k Smart TVs and a dedicated workspace with free WiFi for those needing to stay connected.

Outdoor living

Listing Access
You’ll be in the first and second levels of the home visible from the main driveway. Turn in to the left and you’ll see the parking signs and the door into the main house. You can access everything on this main level. The outdoor steps that go down lead to the basement which you have access to.

Road Construction Update:
5/2/25: The road is now paved, and there is no more dirt path or tractors on the way to the home. Road work is fully complete by this home and is now only up the road.

Please do not set the AC lower than 75. It will freeze and stop working.
