A private & quiet home on the Chippewa River in the heart of downtown Mt. Pleasant. Enjoy the peace of the river in your backyard. Walk to nearby restaurants, and coffee shops or take a 2-minute drive to the CMU Campus. The Water Park and Casino are just up the street. This home is centrally located with a 'retreat-like' atmosphere.

Inside the home, enjoy the incredibly soft linens and bedding, the reverse osmosis drinking water attached to the kitchen sink, and a 65" smart TV where you can log in to your favorite streaming service. The house comes fully stocked with all the pots, pans, dishes, and silverware you would need to prepare any meal. There is a kettle for brewing tea and a duo Keurig that brews both ground coffee and an individual cup with a pod.

The home comes with everything you need for your getaway, and it's the perfect, private location to be right in Mt. Pleasant, but feel like you are tucked away at a retreat.

The river house was a great stay for my friends and me! We definitely noticed lots of upgrades that we have not seen in other rentals- lovely window treatments, bedding, great kitchen supplies. The outdoor space was great and it was super quiet. We highly recommend!

Perfect girls weekend

This was my second time here and I plan on coming back again! This is the spot! Close to soaring eagle casinowhich is what we go for. Plenty of food and convenience stores very close by.

Cozy house

Perfectly located towards the end/ back of a neighborhood. Very quiet area with a cozy feel! Location was very close to the event that brought us into town and the beds are so comfy!!

Great Place

Online listing was very accurate, house was very clean. We stayed in winter and had other plans, so weren't able to explore the park, outdoor seating areas, or the downtown; but would have loved to have had time to do those things. They looked very inviting. Would definitely stay again!

Great house for CMU families

We stayed here 2 weekends for CMU gymnastics events. It was a great find for our family with small children. Cute and cozy. It had what we needed and more. Close to the park, downtown and CMU. Holly and her husband were very responsive and gracious. I’ve already recommended the house to other families and would definitely stay here again.

Girls Weekend

The house was very nice and clean and Holly was very responsive. The house was decorated beautifully and there was even a welcome basket. The property was very clise to everything in town, but was still located in an area that gave you privacy. I would definitely book here again!

The host was amazing leaving a sweet treat for us! The house was very clean and decorated very cute. Close to CMU and casino along with many great spots to eat. Very quick to respond to questions when we had them. Would recommend this place to anyone looking for a place to stay!

Perfect!

The house was perfect for our girls weekend! It is so nicely decorated and has all things you would need! The host even left a cute little welcome basket with goodies! The beds are comfortable too. The casino is a quick 10 minute drive, and we recommend Pisanello’s pizza for delivery! Yum! We for sure would book here again!

We had an amazing stay at the Blue River retreat.. it truly felt like a home away from home! The space was bright, well decorated, and cozy. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed, and with good quality, dinnerware, and a keurig pod coffee maker, and creamers to go with it as it added a touch. The beds were incredibly comfortable and felt well rested each morning. Evenings were relaxing, watching TV on the comfy sofa. We very much appreciated having a washer and dryer on our six night stay. . Island park is about two blocks from the house and each morning we would go for a walk in the beautiful park to start our day. It is a perfect secluded spot with nice relaxing lawn chairs with a fire pit for evenings to relax. Will definitely be staying here again.!
