The house is on the golf course where all kinds of deer are seen everyday running around in herds and just enjoying the course. Why they chose this property

This area is a perfect location near Yosemite. Its in a gated community and very safe. The lake is nearby and the wildlife is abundant. Quiet in the mountains... what else could you ask for...
