The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Return furniture to its original position. Close all window coverings. Turn off all appliances and heaters. After loading the dishwasher, please do not leave any dishes behind in the sink.
Remove all recycling from home to outside bins.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
No Shoes in the home.No Pets Allowed $250 Per Day if pet found.No Smoking on Patio Decks. $250 fine Allowed in designated areas.Quiet Time 10pm - 8am.

Everything from booking to check out was perfect! This property was the cleanest VRBO we have rented, the furniture was so comfortable, and the kitchen had everything we needed.

Watching the waves on the endless beach and hearing the roar of the surf is relaxing and restful. For more action filled days, its an easy trip to either Santa Cruz or Monterey.

We are well positioned close to both Santa Cruz and Monterey with endless options for all ages! You can curl up with a good book (enjoy our library), watch a movie by the fire, play on the beach, or visit the many area attractions.
