Bedrooms are uncluttered and spacious. Ceiling fans in each bedroom for nice overhead lighting and air circulation. Lamps in each bedroom provide nice alternative lighting for reading and relaxing. Beautiful oversized windows add a touch of classic charm and ambiance unique to this historically "cute" spacious getaway.

Picture widow is the focal point of the large living room. Frosted glass windows adjacent to an art deco landing window makes the top entry foyer pop with natural light streaming into the living room.

Your Private Screened optional balcony with dining seating is a nice for chill time.

Sleeps six with expandable large group bedding configuration option.

Bath anyone! Yes, a real clawfoot tub with adjustable flow shower head. A real luxury option for those wanting a deep soak.

Ok stay

Our stay in St. Louis was fun however the queen bed was very uncomfortable and would slide from the wall when we moved. It said no pets but there was a dog bed in the dining room. It said it had a hot tub there wasn’t one. The bread toaster wasn’t very clean when we arrived it still had bread crumbs on it. All in all our stay wasn’t horrible but could have been a little better.

We have no pets policy. To comply with American with disabilities guidelines we have to accomdate service animals. The dog bed is provided in case of such a need. We have had one guest with a service animal. We feature and advertise a large clawfoot soaker size bathtub. It is wonderful for a hot bubble bath. It never was presented as a hot tub. We encourage all our guests to contact us with any concerns during their stay. We are available and responsive. We strive to make the stay better which is always our goal.

This guest booked for 1 ,after repeated inquiries with his assurances it was just him, he brought 7. Upscale exterior video documnted the misrepresentation in the booking. The clear violation was presented to the booker and now several other unauthorized guests. Due compensation was requested for accomodating the other 6 guests. No one was asked to leave. We encourage all our guests to be "up- front" and honest in the reservation booking. Upscale will try to accommodate based on the listing guidelines as much as possible. Our best effort with this guest seems not to have been enough for him.

Your ..."super cute"... apartment is literally minutes from Forest Park the primary site of the St. Louis Worlds Fair of 1904. This building was constructed in 1913. We love Upscale and want to keep in top shape. Spend a few days with us. Come see for Yourself!
