This cottage accommodates eight people comfortably, has three full baths and one half bath. Complete, well appointed kitchen with high efficiency washer and dryer, commercial nugget ice machine with 300 pound storage bin, elevator, large front porch on the second floor with views of the beach and room for outside dining. Two swimming pools with an expansive sunbathing area, private boardwalk provides easy access directly to the beach. Dedicated golf cart parking, if you do in fact rent your own cart. Two parking spaces in front of the cottage itself for your vehicles. Gas grill, dedicated outdoor shower, beach chairs and towels, umbrellas, tent and beach buggy.
