Pre-wedding trip a success!

We booked this location to celebrate the upcoming wedding of my sister and brother in law, and for the bridal party to get to know each other better. This space was a perfect space to hangout together and prepare meals and to just celebrate two people we love. So comfortable, and plenty of space for everyone!

Everything about our stay was amazing! All rooms, towels, etc were clean and ready to go. The extra/ amenities at the house were great. The backyard was big enough to enjoy yard games and the fire pit was a definite plus. The house is close to stores and Hocking Hills Golf Club, which was perfect. We would not hesitate to book again anytime!

Wonderful Getaway!

We had a wonderful two-night stay at this cabin! It was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed to feel comfortable. The surroundings were peaceful.The hosts were friendly and made sure everything was perfect for our stay. It’s the ideal spot for a relaxing getaway, and we can’t wait to come back. Highly recommend it!!

We enjoyed our stay. Plenty of room for everyone. Enjoyed the pool table and the porch. We ate dinner every night on the porch. Liked that there were towels for the hot tub. The bedrooms were great. The furniture in the living area was very low and harder for some people to get out of. One chair you could feel the spring in. The kitchen was well stocked with plates, cups, bowls, and silverware. We were disappointed in the lack of containers to store leftovers and no baking dishes. Overall we would stay again but would have to rethink food or bring storage dishes so we can have leftovers.

We had a fantastic stay at the Burrow. Fifteen of us spent Thanksgiving and all managed to squeeze in around the eight person table that extends to seat twelve. There were plenty of place settings, silverware, glasses. We brought most of the cookware we would need as this was not our first vrbo experience and were pleasantly surprised that we likely could have come without much of it. The hosts had diswasher pods, Kleenex, hand soap, toilet paper, laundry soap, plenty of towels, and even enough garbage bags; I usually feel blessed if a host has five of those seven things. Everything worked, nothing was broken. We parked five cars easily; perhaps seven would still have fit fine without blocking anyone's exit.I wish it had been warmer as the outside deck would have been great to make more use of, but made due with the hot tub and fire pit.Keep in mind that the two queen loft beds are open to the floor below which adds a challenge when your group contains both night owls and early birds.

Christmas stay

Property was clean and ready for us. Wish there was a more in depth listing of what the house provided as we brought of unnecessary items. Also we had 2 elderly adults and the overall seating optio s were low profile which made it hard on them.

Mostly good, but needs some attention

The cabin is great, worked well for our group with 5 private bedrooms plus a loft bedroom, very cool outside deck with fireplace, tv and comfy furniture which as a great place to hang outside particularly when it was raining as we weren’t able to utilize the firepit. Some enjoyed the hot tub and the pool table. Tucked away in a wooded area, made it very hard to find when coming in after dark. Cell service is non-existant so we lost GPS guidance trying to find the house, they really need to have better lighting or sign at the driveway to help you find it. House does have wi-fi. Kitchen was lacking- vent exhaust and ovens were not clean, to the point when you’re cooking in them you can smell stuck on whatever burning, vent was so bad it could cause a fire. Pots and skillets need to be replaced as the non-stick coating is peeling and it would be helpful to add a drink pitcher, whisk, full set of measuring cups and spoons. There were plenty of glasses, plates, silverware. Linens were ok, would have been helpful to have a couple extra blankets, hand towels and wash clothes. Overall the rooms and bathrooms were pretty clean. Also, there is an issue with the A/C unit, we weren’t using it but it kicked on and was making a strange lnoise- should have it checked out. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend the cabin to others. Would have been nice to have local information/ restaurant into, etc. available.
