This beautifully refurbished two-story luxury condo features vaulted ceilings, high-end finishes and is one of the premier four-bedroom slope side units available. The updated kitchen is bright and spacious, showcasing top-of-the-line appliances, custom cabinetry and elegant stonework, perfect for preparing meals and entertaining. The formal dining area comfortably seats eight, while the inviting living room offers a large sofa, a stunning stone gas fireplace and a 50” flat-screen TV with DVD player, ideal for relaxing after a day on the slopes. There’s also a separate table, perfect for kids or game nights. Step out onto the large private balcony and enjoy the BBQ while taking in the mountain air. The upstairs bedroom features a king bed and a beautifully designed bathroom. Downstairs, the primary suite includes a king bed, private bathroom with a steam shower and its own TV. The third bedroom offers a euro-style bunk with a queen on the bottom and a twin on top, while the fourth bedroom includes two bunk beds (four twins), making it a great setup for families. With its generous layout and prime location, this condo is a great option year-round. In the winter, enjoy easy access to the slopes at Canyon Lodge and in the summer, take advantage of nearby mountain bike trails just steps away. Maximum occupancy: 8 guests. All guests receive complimentary full access to Snowcreek Athletic Club & Spa, Mammoth’s premier fitness and recreation facility. Enjoy a wide range of amenities including an indoor heated pool, steam room, sauna, full fitness center, yoga, Pilates, cycle studio, racquetball courts, basketball court, and a variety of wellness and fitness classes. During the summer months, guests can also take advantage of the outdoor swimming pool, as well as tennis and pickleball courts. The condo comes with 2 outdoor parking spaces. Family Fun Time

The couch was not very comfortable and probably needs to be replaced due to the saggy cushions. We did like the large dining table for family meals.

Comfortable family local short walk to canyon lodge lifts

Kitchen was appropriately stocked for cooking at the location. Steps away from a shared ping pong and fuse-ball table. Out door hot tub was not warm enough however there was an athletic club a few steps further with an indoor facility. Sleeping actually could accommodate 11 with 3 double beds across 3 of the 4 rooms: occupancy states 8. Beautiful view of the village gondolas. Nice fire place. Warm and hospitable. Late night check-in process was super easy.

Dirty, old and bad heating system

Heat control unit upstairs only so you will freeze or be overheated staying in the downstairs rooms. Old saggy crusty beds and couches. Dirty carpet. Broken dishwasher. Good location but overpriced for run down condoin need of an overhaul

Great location-Needs new beds

The location is great, the condo had all of the items we needed to cook etc. Our big issue is with the furnishings. The mattresses are terrible, the one in the master bedroom is like sleeping in a hammock basically and the ones downstairs are not much better. The sofa in the living room also desperately needs to be replaced. It is not comfortable and you can feel the bars in it when you sit. We would probably not stay here again based solely on the mattresses.

Place is decent just owners need to invest

The refrigerator is has broken pieces on top of not cooling we had to throw food, blinds can't be rolled up or down missing string, patio chairs are broken, the place is nice and spacious just owner doesn't invest in keeping it good for visitors. Needs fans in the rooms it can get a bit hot no ac need it but fans need to be put in the rooms!

Great location, okay accommodation

Pros - house is a great location (particulary if it were winter). Free trolley stop is literally at the end of the driveway. Decent sized kitchen for a condo. Four bedrooms. Cons - Horrible moldy smell throughout downstairs. Lacked decent kitchenware for a house meant to service 8 people (only 3 wine glasses, horrible pans). Lots of light bulbs not working (including the downstairs bathroom/shower area). Not great wifi. Entry is basically off of an alleyway/trash.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: long-time Mammoth season pass holder, stayed at many units all over Mammoth. Mammoth West unit was clean and nice, kitchen had plenty of amenities but no sponge (?). internet very slow, TV didnt work until repairman visited on day 2, almost no hot water for showers, heat was either full blast or off, no humidifiers. i won't come back to Mammoth West and would not recommend to friends without some upgrading.

Hi Geoffrey... thanks for the feedback. Somewhat of a mixed review, but it sounds like all in all you enjoyed the condo. Next time you are staying with us and need any additional amenities please give us a call as we can bring those right over to you. I will have our maintenance staff check on the heat to make sure it is working properly for the next guest. With regards to the hot water, each condo is on its own hot water tank, so just like your home, if too many people take hot showers at once the hot water will run out. A little patience sometimes is the best solution for this ;-). Internet speed is typically not an issue in this condo. During the busy holiday season, with the mass amounts of people visiting Mammoth, guests can occasionally experience issues, but this is usually not the case year round. Thanks, Cindy

Reviewer Comments: Upon arrival, we immediately we're greeted with an overwhelming smell of cigarette smoke throughout the entire property. The carpet was marked and stained upstairs and down. And the walls were covered in marks and stains. I called Mammoth Reservations immediately and they sent a representative who took pictures and supposedly reported it all. we asked to be moved but nothing was fixed or done and he told us to "open a window" ...

2015 Family vacation

Reviewer Comments: First 3 days had to deal with fixing the appliances and showers in 2 bathrooms. before you rent this unit or any other at Mammoth west I would suggest having the rental company check the appliances first. Fridge was turned off when we arrived (thought it was broken), it took 3 days for it to get to a cool temp. We were told if you put warm things into a fridge it won't work very well. My question is then how can you rent out a unit that has 4 bedrooms and not have a fridge that will accommodate 14 people. We spent $75.00 on ice. If I was the owner of this unit I would be upset with the property management for not taking care of my unit.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: While the venue was spacious the wifi was TERRIBLE. To be fair, the rental instructions warned us service was spotty but I have stayed at plenty of places up in Mammoth and even on busy weekends we didn't have such terrible service. The complex changed the jacuzzi combination and we were not informed until our second (and last) day staying there. The heat also did not seem to reach the downstairs. It was a very cold couple of nights sleep for everyone in the downstairs rooms. The kitchen was not well stocked--there were several items that we were told would be stocked and were not there (plastic bags, plastic wrap, aluminum foil to name a few). Also note that the TV is mounted on a wall above the staircase, so it is impossible to plug anything in via HDMI. We also found crumbs/chips on the carpet in the living room, not from our stay. Overall would not stay here again.

Reviewer Comments: good location approx 10-minute walk to canyon lodge. property needs maintenance, shower clogged, dishwasher did not work, the heating unit needs repair, the refrigerator needs repair, additionally, unit was not cleaned properly when we arrived. Called with concerns, very nice and apologetic on phone. sent someone out immediately which we appreciated. however nothing was resolved/repaired. they did override the heating system so we could turn it on or off but never came back to change air filter. They also started the dishwasher but it again stopped minutes into the cycle. I called the next day to let them know the dishwasher was still not functioning and requested extra dish towels if they were not going to repair it. Again the response was nice on the phone yet they never followed thru. We just used the bath hand towels in the kitchen. I have reserved with mammoth reservations in the past and all has been wonderful. We are assuming with it being high season and covid, they were just overwhelmed. Regardless, the property owner should make the investment to repair/replace as well as a thorough cleaning top to bottom. As is the price does not reflect the quality of the stay. The good news is all can be remedied easily.

The BEST Condo for a ski weekend trip!!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: A handful of friends and I went up for a long ski weekend in December and had the absolute best time!! I was a little nervous that the condo would be big enough to accommodate us all, but there was a ton of room and space for all of our ski and snowboard gear. We cooked most of our meals in the condo as they had every cooking item we would need. We loved the jacuzzi in the complex after a long day of skiing. The condo was a quick 10 minute walk from canyon lodge and the gondola that takes you over into the village. We will absolutely be staying here again this ski season - thank you again for making our trip so amazing!

Very Disappointing Condo

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The photos of the condo are deceiving. The living room area looks larger and brighter than it is in reality. It seems like there is a view from the condo but there is no view. The balcony looks onto the service area where the trash cans are kept. There is a dirty broken chair and tiny table on the balcony. The couch is ancient and has lost some springs. However the biggest problem is the smell that permeates the condo. After three days the maintenance man finally came to inspect the condo. He claimed that the smell was mold but to us it smells like sewage. Another issue is that there is no handrail on the staircase. Our 89 year old mother traveled with us and the staircase was a major problem. It is a building code violation.The master bedroom door did not close and the maintenance man was unable to fix it. We are very disappointed because all of the reviews were deceiving possibly because they were written a long time ago. I am hoping that this review will be published to warn others in advance of booking this unit.

Of course the pictures were more flattering than reality. The property was clean and acceptable however. We’ll stocked. Carpet a little dirty.
