The upper floor is the primary living area with the primary bedroom, kitchen, dining area sitting area with a large television and Patio, and second bathroom This property is within walking distance of shops/restaurants at the Balboa Fun Zone. Our home includes Smart TVs, WiFi, Propane BBQ, In-Home Washer and dryer, Linens, Beach/Bath Towels, Outdoor Shower 2 Bicycles, Boogie Boards, Beach Chairs/umbrellas, etc.

Located on 10th Street just a quick walk from the Balboa Pier, Fun Zone, & Ferry with Volleyball Courts and firepits, you are never more than a few minutes away from the action! From our home, you can safely walk or ride bikes anywhere on the peninsula. With more than 30+ restaurants & bars, shops, boat/jet ski rentals, etc. within a 2-15 minute walk, you will always have something exciting to do.

For those of you seeking a Daytime adventure, the Catalina Express, Whale Watching Tours, and Sailing Adventures depart from just down the street.

For those of you with kids, Balboa Fun Zone is just down the street on the bay making this home an ideal location for families.

For those of you wanting to Shop, you can hop on the Balboa Island Ferry and catch a quick taxi up the Hill to the Shops at Fashion Island.

You will have full access to the beach house and garage. You do not share any space with any other guests.

We are available to all our guests 24 hours a day. We greet you at the house and help with all your needs while at the beach house. We always respect your privacy.

This house is located between Newport and Balboa pier. A short walk to the Fun Zone. A quiet neighborhood for you to enjoy while here in Newport Beach. This is the place to build memories for years to come.

Most of the visitors use bikes to get around Newport Beach as you will see bikes all over town. You will be enjoying the atmosphere/ temperature as you ride your bike! This is an absolutely great location just down the street is a grocery store and multiple restaurants. This location is a place where you can walk out your front door and down the street to swim with dolphins or go paddle board in the marina. Everything you need is within biking or walking distance. Some guests don't even rent a car! Two bikes come with the rental if you need extra bikes, you can rent them from --
RICHS BIKE RENTALS will deliver and pick up free.
There is also a public bus stop right down the street from the rental.

-Tenants are responsible for all penalties and fines incurred during their stay including but not limited to Newport Beach Municipal Code Section 5.95.020 regarding Occupancy and Municipal Code Section 5.95.050 (A) regarding Disturbing the Peace.
-Tenants will also be held responsible for loss of rental revenue resulting from the suspension or revocation of the Property City Lodging Permit.
