Welcome to our modern new house with a private heated pool and hot tub in Bonita Springs!

This house has EVERYTHING you need for your relaxing getaway! The location, the amenities, the super friendly staff.

Excellent location - situated only 5 minutes to Barefoot Beach and Bonita Beach Park with sugar white sand, crystal clear water and water sports possibilities.
Naples city center is situated 15 minutes by car.
Fort Myers airport is 20 minutes away.

Your family and friends will love the space this house offers!
The house has 3 bedroom and 2 bathroom, all-new furnishings. The master-bedroom has king-size bed, window to the lanai and en-suite bathroom. The other two bedrooms are equipped with queen beds. And they share a bathroom. There is a spacious, airy living room overlooking the pool and lanai. We offer a full kitchen with dishes, cutlery, pots and pans. The house has a private heated pool and hot tub with covered lanai.

Our house is located in a quiet and friendly neighborhood, only a short drive away are many restaurants and attractions (golf courses, Coconut Jack’s Waterfront Grille, Mini Golf Safari, Coconut Point shopping center, Naples).

Our house is NON-SMOKING inside.

The home is professionally maintained and cared for throughout the year.

This home is impeccable with the latest in kitchen appliances, kitchen adequately stocked, washer/dryer, garage with beach equipment for our use, and wonderful pool/hot tub. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this rental and would certainly recommend this particular VRBO. Close proximity to the beach and “everything Bonita”. Communication with host was easy and thorough.

The house was very nice and the location was great, only a short walk to coffee shop n ice cream shop n other stores and shops , and a quick 4-5 minute drive to the beach (which is walkable too) The house was very clean and a nice setup , the pool was nice too but the only downside was not much room on the sides of the pool for lawn chairs or just to sit but still was nice! The host Tina was fantastic especially replying to any and all of my questions and concerns and in a timely fashion as well . Overall great place and we love the area , my family really had a great vacation there !

This property has an amazing location. The house is located in a quite and friendly neighborhood which is very calm and safe. It's only 5 minutes to a very beautiful beach where you can go on the morning walk while watching the dolphins jumping in the gulf. In case you are a sweet-tooth there is the best ice cream place called Royal Scoop only 3 minutes away by car.
