Then this one-of-a-kind beach house that has never been offered on the rental market before is the one for you. This home is nestled inside a gated community that offers swimming, golf course, tennis courts, and one of the islands best restaurants. It is a short bike ride or walk to the beach, or relax closer to home at the neighborhood pool. The owners have recently updated the home with the latest amenities to include stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and decorative painting throughout the home. All bathrooms have been updated to include granite and new fixtures as well.

Upon entering the front door, you will right away notice the cypress walls, teak floors, and exquisite décor of this exceptional home. On the first floor you will find an extra-large family room with entertainment center w/ 50” flat screen TV w/ Blu-ray DVD player, card/game table with board games, playing cards and poker chips. The spacious dining area seats 6 comfortably with room for 8.
The full-service kitchen is stocked with plenty of kitchen utensils, serving ware and pots and pans. It also includes an eating area that seats 4 + 2 at the bar. Since Edisto’s water is salty, we have installed a RO system so that fresh drinking water is always available either through the refrigerator or the water cooler. There is also a large full-service laundry room that includes an iron and ironing board.
Located on the first floor, the master suite (bedroom 1) offers a high-quality king mattress, his and her double vanity sinks, large stand-up shower, and extra-large walk-in cedar closet. Enjoy watching your favorite morning show on the 42”flat screen TV with DVR access.
The favorite room of the house, the screened porch, is easily accessed from the kitchen area or the master bedroom. Sip your morning coffee under the breeze of the ceiling fans while watching the golfers come through on the beautifully manicured 17th fairway. Have dinner at the porch dining table or simply relax in one of the cozy rocking chairs.

This home accommodates up to eleven guests comfortably as guests in each bedroom have their own full bathrooms, spacious cedar-lined closets, and flat screen TVs. The upstairs bedrooms are as follows: bedroom 2 has two queen beds; bedroom 3 has a Queen and a Full bed (and Blu-ray player); bedroom 4 has a king bed. There is also an outdoor shower with hot and cold water to rinse off after a day at the beach.

This truly unique home affords you and your family the best Edisto has to experience. Absolutely no pets, no smoking, and the home will not be rented to anyone not of a mature age. Discerning inquiries only, please.


Ocean Ridge is a small 300-acre golf/tennis/recreation resort located within the Town of Edisto Beach. Recreation guest paid amenities that’s are to be paid for by traveler. Beach Cabana (restrooms, showers), bike rentals, water sports, video rentals) are available to all resort guests for a fee (see Recreation Center for info and latest schedules). Access to the Beach Cabana is in the 2000 block of Palmetto (look for orange mail box) with parking is allowed on Palmetto Blvd. Also every cross street is a beach access point with parking allowed on Palmetto Blvd.
The home only is rented a selected few dates during the year since it is occupied. Please inquire about dates before booking please! The calendar is not being used. Due to the limited amount of dates

Linens and towels are not included; There is a departure cleaning fee of $200 in addition to rental fees. No amenities are included in the price of the rental for the home it is an extra cost is incurred by the guest for access to the pools, tennis courts and or cabana
