You will be booking an entire beautifully renovated duplex with each side having a private entrance, living room, dining and kitchen space, full bathroom, and 2 bedrooms. The backyard has 2 furnished patios with a partial fence between them. You'll have 2 beach wagons loaded with gear ready to enjoy the beach just 3 blocks down the quiet residential street (no busy streets to cross). Close to restaurants and activities.

A rental agreement is required.
