Modern, South Facing, 2000+sq ft, 2 Bedroom, 2.5 Bath Condo

Desert Living at its Finest!!! Please note that stays over 28 nights do not require tax to be paid to the city. Any rental over 28 nights will be adjusted so as NOT to include tax. This 2 Bedrooms plus Den and 2.5 baths home boasts over 2000 sqft of living space. It consists of two king beds and two queen beds. Home is modern but comfortable with an extra large south facing patio. Views are unobstructed of the green with no neighbors across the fairway. Our home is very conveniently located, just steps from the closest of 38 pools and spas. The clubhouse is a short walk away for meals or amenities.
Expenses were not spared to make this unit as comfortable as possible.The kitchen is fully stocked with stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops. Master bath has renovated stand up shower, dual sinks and a soaker tub.The master bedroom is large with a king bed, lots of storage. The second bedroom also has a King bed and an ensuite bath. The Den is extra large with a desk for work from home space. The half bath has also been updated with a toilet and sink. Unit has been nicely updated with all the comforts of home and then some. We have one 50" flat screen, one 47" and a 65" smart tv with a DVR/PVR in the family room. We also offer free long distance calling to USA and Canada. The patio has a table with seating for 6 as well as a fire pit with seating for 4 and 2 loungers. Being south facing it's is perfect all year especially the winter months. We have a playpen and high chair on hand for those traveling with young children. We are close to all of the most popular attractions in the desert. El Paseo, College of the Desert, Westfield Shopping Center, The living Desert zoo and The River are all just a five minute drive.

** Please note that this is a private club. The golf, tennis and fitness facilities are only available to members from November 1 - May 31 each year. Dining is available all year.

This was a lovely home and a very vibrant country club. The views were wonderful and we were right on the golf course at the seventh Green. The pools were close by the house was clean and well appointed and the beds were very comfortable. We had a great day and lots of fun.

Nice Place

This home is very nice, great location in Palm Desert in a gated community on a golf course with great views. The manager gave us all needed information and kept in direct contact by text in case we had any problems and there were none. We slept well in a comfortable bed and the house was well stocked. Would definitely stay here again.

We found this home had everything we wanted and needed for our stay. Very comfortable inside and outside. Owners very helpful with all our questions. Would definitely recommend staying at their home. Close to all shopping and golf courses!! Clubhouse was good and can't say enough about how we enjoyed our month on their property.

Felt like home away from home!

Our stay at Julie’s place was amazing. The setup/flow of the house is well thought out and we found all of the amenities to be very useful, just like home. The view onto the golf course was lovely and it was relaxing to sit outside to drink our coffee each morning. Water gets hot quickly and everything really worked perfectly. Not to mention the super friendly neighbors! We really enjoyed meeting Carol and Dale, what a lovely pair! We will absolutely be back on our next trip out to the desert. Thank you so much, Julie!!

I thought we were able to play the course, and couldn’t. I thought it was noisy so close to the street. No television in the 2nd master. Flatware was very old and not enough settings! Communication with owners very responsive tho. Neighbors nice and helpful.

Hi Cindy I’m so sorry to hear about your concerns regarding your stay. The golf course is private and I tell that to everyone who inquires about playing . We do not advertise the second bedroom as a second master. We have three TVs in our home and again don’t advertise that bedroom as having one. We are in an incredibly quiet community and are over half a mile from any main roads. Our guests contstantly rave about how quiet and peaceful our home is, I’m sorry you didn’t have that experience. We work very hard trying to make sure our guests are comfortable and enjoy their stays. I’m sorry that we weren’t able to discuss most of those concerns prior to your arrival.

The photos were spot on to the actual home with a well stocked kitchen, comfortable bedding, additional blankets, and a lovely deck. The location also was in walking distance to the clubhouse, golf, tennis and pickleball courts. Access was quite functional and simple and the communication was responsive and helpful. We had such a lovely time at Bryan and Julie’s property at the Monterey Country Club in Palm Desert. The house is huge and wonderfully furnished/equipped, it feels modern and luxurious. Great time in a great property

We travel to Palm Desert each year to visit friends and enjoy the weather, restaurants and golf. This property was uniquely suited to all our needs. Although friends were unable to travel with us and we only used the Master suite, we would have been very comfortable with our friends with a bedroom still leftover. The owner was extremely helpful and answered any questions immediately. The property had everything we needed to entertain friends from the area and enjoy all our time in PD. If you are looking for a clean, comfortable and centrally located place to stay, you cannot beat this property.

My wife, 3 kids and I are a younger family looking to build many happy memories in this beautiful place. We both work full time which allows us to share our home with others that have the same love and appreciation of the desert as we do.

Why they chose this property

My wife and I first visited the desert 18 years ago. We rented in Monterey CC and instantly fell in love with all it had to offer. We knew this would be somewhere to share with family and friends for years to come.

What makes this property unique

Since we have rented many times in the past we realize the importance of having all the amenities but also the comforts of home. We have worked very hard to make sure our home is both beautiful and comfortable so that all our guests enjoy their stay.
