Wildcat Modern is a dog friendly 2BR/2BA retreat crafted for a modern getaway in the N Georgia mountains. Enjoy stylish interiors, ensuite bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen for meals & outdoor spaces meant for slow mornings and late-night drinks. Enjoy access to shared community wellness center, including a gym, sauna and hot tub.

• Max occupancy: 4 guests. No exceptions.
• Dog-friendly: 2 dogs allowed. First dog stays free. Any additional dog is $50. Leash required outdoors. Owner is responsible for any damage.
• No smoking inside or on the deck. $200 fine + cleaning fees.
• Quiet hours: 9 PM – 8 AM. $200 fine for disturbances. Noise monitoring in use—tampering prohibited.
• No parties or gatherings. $500 fine + immediate eviction.
• Must be 21+ to book. Valid ID required.
• Use of the home and amenities is at your own risk. We’re not liable for accidents, injuries, or theft.
• Pool & hot tub are open daily from 9 AM – 10 PM (weather dependent). Pool is not heated. Hot tub is tablet-controlled inside the pool house.

Fantastic Home in the mountains

The house was beautiful, the kitchen was well stocked, and the mountain views were great.This house had everything we needed for traveling with our dogs and baby and made a great spot to stay while exploring North Georgia and North Carolina.

The house had everything you'll need in top condition and good quality. We enjoyed the design choices and came home with ideas. The hosts were immediately responsive when we had a question or two. We are a senior couple and brought our two small pups. They loved the deck and the pet park in town. If you're looking to chill, this is the place.

Modern mountain house getaway!

Booked the Wildcat Modern as a reprieve while my daughter attended WinShape Camp at Young Harris. The amenities were just perfect! Clean, casual, modern, comfy, beautiful views and all the kitchen gadgets you would need to prepare multiple meals. Can’t wait to visit again soon!

Wildcat Modern was. fantastic! Beautifully furnished and appointed and amazing views in a new development. We cooked the best steaks on the pellet grill. The pool was an added perk! Can’t wait to go back!

Very nice Mountain Retreat

Overall a seamles experience and pleasant stay. The home has all of the right amenities and is well cared for and stock. My only mention would be a knock on your cleaning contractor. We did find blood stained bed coverings in the master. The sheets were clean but the coverings needed attention.

Beautiful accommodation, spotty instructions and cleanliness

This was a beautiful, beautiful accommodation. I loved staying here! A few notes: I struggled with the television for a few reasons. It turned out the breaker had been flipped, so I restored power. Unfortunately, voice dictation was activated and I could not figure out how to deactivate it or turn the volume down with the remote, so I flipped the breaker off again to make it stop talking. I found in trying to use the AC/heater, understanding the fireplace, remembering and locating instructions for the pool, and definitely for the television use, I could’ve used one resource with instructions to the house (like a binder or a link to a digital repository of information about the house.) one other thing was that there was wet laundry that had been left in the washing machine that had grown musty and needed rewashing. There were also dirty shoe prints on the floor of the bathroom when I arrived. The swivel recliner in the living room had a very dusty base and the drawer in the refrigerator had remnants of what looked like bell pepper seeds.

Not only all of the linens and kitchen supplies you might need but the owner has thought through everything with Pendleton blankets and robes to really relax and enjoy the cozy place. Enjoy the mid century fire place with the push of a button and enjoy the amazing Mountain View from every room. We will definitely be back!
