This listing is for 1 week only!!!!!!l, starting on Sunday - February 25 - March 3, 2024. Minimum stay is 7 nights. This is a 5 star timeshare resort, and this is the week that I own. This is a spectacular resort in Breckenridge, Colorado. The 3 bedroom unit has a master bedroom with a king size bed, there is second bedroom with a King bed and attached full bath. There is a sleeper sofa in the living area. There is also another studio unit attached with a queen bed and another sleeper sofa. There is a washer / dryer in the unit. There is a full kitchen There is underground, heated parking.
There is an onsite ski shop and restaurant.
The resort has multiple outdoor and indoor hot tubs, and pools. There is a restaurant, and a ski shop on site. There are 4 movie theater rooms, available to reserve. This resort is ski in / ski out a bit off the beaten path. The resort has an on call shuttle that will take you around town or to get you to the lifts a bit easier. Must be 21 or older, with a credit card.
The fees are all inclusive and there are no resort fees. This is a timeshare resort, but since I am renting it, there are no required tours.
The unit will be assigned at check in and it will be a 3 bedroom unit.
