Each suite comfortably sleeps four guests, featuring a traditional bedroom with an attached bathroom and a "Flex Room" bedroom/office space equipped with a queen-sized Murphy bed. This design ensures an open atmosphere while accommodating diverse needs. Please note that the Flex Room does not completely shut off from the main living space.

Amazing Place to Stay

Would highly recommend this spot to anyone. It is in a great location. This unit had designated parking which was a plus. The unit was clean, and had everything we needed. If your thinking about staying in Grafton this place is a gem.

The Quarters

Great place in the heart of Grafton. We’ll be staying here many times in the future. Easy parking, and a Collectiva coffee shop right outside the door. AWESOME

Highly recommended! This place is amazing - great location, super nice and clean, everything is organized and very convenient! The host is very responsive and super helpful. Decorations are wonderful, bedding sheets are high quality, and this place is dog friendly!! Can’t say enough how happy we were that we stayed here!

Graduation Celebration

This was the perfect location for us. Our son and his gf live in the 1505 Apartments. It was great to be so close to them, and within walking distance to many bars and restaurants. The Quarters is a very cool accomodation!

Very nice place, spacious and modern so the whole family (2 adults, 2 young kids, and a doggo) had a good time staying here, and could've stayed much longer without needing any other amenities provided (if we had more time of course). I appreciated the dog theme in the room, and treats by the elevator. Was surprised the picture framed in the bathroom wasn't of a fire hydrant!Good location for river walks to check out the park, dam, nearby shops and restaurants, and close to Port Washington too. Checkin/out and communication with host was easy, almost too many notes and updates along with the booking site emails, but more communication is never a bad thing. Few little things seemed different from the listing (gym access not available, seemed under remodeling or something, different guidelines listed in the emails vs the in-room summary/host messages), and some minor things that could be improved (blackout curtains since it gets bright quick in there, toilet intermittently refilled throughout the night so needs a new gasket or something). But then we might just never leave!
