Places literally across the tracks on the wrong side

The house is literally on the wrong side of the tracks It’s on a small dead end street. The houses across the street are falling apart. with some windows, not even boarded up I was in fear that our house and/or car was going to be broken into this is not a pleasant neighborhood. House is old and in need of significant repairs I wandered into the back porch and I was actually afraid that it was going to collapse The cement stares outside or steep, and the railing is crooked. In all fairness the people downstairs… yes it was an upstairs and downstairs… told us that the owners were very receptive and that when he had a problem they came and helped them out immediately This was far from what I expected, especially given the substantial price of the rental.

Please diversify your perception. You're in a low crime town, less than from the police station and close to the metro north Station. The neighbor across from you is a retired marine and there are absolutely no boarded up houses. I have no idea why you feel the need to write such a misleading review. Communication with you during your stay was null.

Way overpriced. Trust the reviews on this one

I left after 1 day of what should have been a week long stay. Bad part of Meriden. The street did not feel safe and not an area you want to walk around. Nearby train tracks and sound of the train was constant and loud inside the property. There are several units within the home, this is not a private home listing. The unit I booked was upstairs which wasn't as advertised. There were a few window AC units however the property was very warm when i entered, and the AC does not extend towards the kitchen and bathroom area which stay hot. Clean-ish but very run down inside. I would find this more in line with a $50 a night listing. Not comfortable. I should have trusted the other negative review. small window AC units, howevelisting
