Quiet complex boasts three pools (2 heated), two hot tubs, fitness centre, tennis court (pickle ball), Gas Fire Pit, clubhouse with pool table and rec area. Well-equipped kitchen with granite countertops allows for easy preparation of meals. Unit comes complete with high speed Internet, Sling TV and 3 smart TVs (55",42" and 32"), along with telephone with unlimited calling to the US and Canada. Condo offers a Keurig K Cup Coffee Maker to make your Arizona mornings that much better.
The master bedroom offers a Sealy king-size bed, premium 500 thread count sheets and renovated primary bathroom with walk-in shower. Our family fell in love with the Scottsdale area a number of years ago, and we have found ourselves returning many times since. We love the blue skies and the mountains, as well as the fantastic shopping, dining, golf and hiking! We bought this condo to ensure that we always had a great place to stay on our visits and are happy to welcome guests who love the desert as much as we do.
The condo is non smoking and pet free. It is perfect for quiet getaways. It is available for stays 90 days and longer. If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to reach out.
