ABOUT THIS SPACE
Great location! Fully renovated and refurbished home just 1 MILE from beach on a quite dead end street. First floor has a mudroom, laundry area, master bedroom with a queen bed and a fireplace and sitting area with french doors to outdoors, another bedroom with a daybed and a trundle bed and a full bathroom finish the first floor.

Spiral stairs take you upstairs to a large living area with a queen sofa pull, a fireplace, wet bar, lots of light from skylights and huge sunroom for entertaining. The fully renovated kitchen with new appliances, an additional room with a queen bed and a full bathroom round up the second floor which also has a wrap around patio. Stepping back down and to the back, an outdoor shower, pirate ship play area for the kiddos and a firepit for the adults complete the house.

Highlights include two gas fireplaces with driftwood mantels, nautical rope wrapped spiral staircase, sunroom, outdoor shower, fully accommodated kitchen/new appliances, full size washer dryer, 2 smart TVs, and wetbar/coffee bar.

Sleeping area recap: 2 queen size beds, queen sofa pull out and a daybed with trundle. The house sleeps 8 comfortably. Two fully renovated bathrooms - No tub, and an outdoor shower.

LOCATION
Only a few minutes walk to the beach, coffee shop, deli, bakery, restaurant, cigar bar, fresh seafood store, produce stand, ice cream shop and souvenir store.

Great Place

We really enjoyed our stay! The house is in a great quiet neighborhood and has lots of thoughtful amenities for the beach as well as lots of great outdoor space. Indoor spiral staircase is fine for adults, but might be tricky for kids and older adults.

The house was very clean and comfortable. Could use a dehumidifier in the lower level as well as a way to turn off the constant drone of the hvac* system in the master bed. Also a small table would be a great addition in kitchen area.

Great 4th of July house

The house was very cute and comfortable for the 6 of us. Very bright and inviting. Loved the outdoor shower and the sunroom. Perfect location very close to the beach. Walked to coffee shop and deli. We have family with a house on Charlestown Beach and this was a place for us to crash at night and be close to them during the day. Host was very quick to respond to a request we had. Overall a great experience!

House was very nice with a lot of nice upgrades screened in porch was fabulous. Great place to hang out on a rainy day spiral staircase was a little difficult if you had to deal with carrying a lot of things up to the kitchen area. Fortunately, we just used it as an overflow place for people to sleep so it worked out perfectly fine for us.

My 2 grown daughters and I wanted a getaway for a couple of nights near the beach. The house was perfect for us. It was so clean and had everything we needed. The bikes were perfect for getting to the beach. And the host answered a few questions very promptly. I highly recommend it.

Utterly Charming

Like checking into a hotel. This is an investment property that owner thought of everything from coffee/tea bar to linens, beach towels, bikes, ping pong, firewood, lotions and soaps, spices and nice bbq with great cookware. Love it!!

House was great. We ate in all but 2 days. The house is set up perfectly for a larger family and I truly enjoyed cooking in the kitchen. The neighborhood is quiet but we did not mind. I only gave 4 stars because I felt the neighbors were not friendly and seem to hate the idea of having renters around.

Rhode Island Getaway

This home was perfect for my family of 4. We come to RI every summer. The home was clean, well decorated and everything was new! We enjoyed using the bikes, ping pong table, beach chairs and fire pit outside. It was an easy walk/ bike ride to the beach and/or shops, restaurants and ice cream! We were able to park our small 14.5 ft boat in the parking area. The only thing missing in this property was a lobster pot and a shell cracker so bring your own if cooking lobster, clams etc. We had one minor issue with the toilet upstairs. However, communication with the property owner was excellent as they responded to texts/emails immediately. I would not hesitate on this property for a small family. It had everything we needed for a wonderful beach vacation. We look forward to returning next summer!
