Great location

The house was very clean. Super comfy bed, pillows, and bedding. Nice open layout. Great location to everything. We would stay here again.

Great Central Location to the Trails.

Cozy little house that is less than a mile from either Major trail system in Bentonville. Great for an MTB getaway. Walmart is also just a few blocks down the road for essentials.

The property was occupied by, I guess, a new owner and not available. We don't blame VRBO - apparently the owner didn't notify you and let you rent it to us. Thankfully, we were able to find a hotel room in town and VRBO is working with us to get a refund.

Cozy home

The house had a bad smell throughout.One of the toilet seats was broken, there was loose siding that flapped against the house making a banging noise all day and night long. The dishwasher did not work and had moldy water standing in the bottom of it. Overall the house was in disrepair.

Good location but needs some work and attention to details

The place was clean but lacking several touches that make a place nicer. The wifi never worked the entire weekend. A teakettle would be nice for hot water. The side screen door/storm door was falling apart. A rug on the tile inside the front door would be good - especially when it's rainy and the tile is wet. There were no handtowels in the bathrooms and the washcloths were dingy and looked as if they'd been used for cleaning. We appreciated having use of the garage to store our bikes.
