we’ve rented homes in this area for years and I can honestly say we enjoyed this one the most. It’s a lovely, nicely decorated home and very clean. Kitchen has everything you need for cooking including a crock pot which we put to good use. The heated pool was a special treat considering how cold the weather was back home. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and plan on returning next winter. Thank you for sharing your home with us.

Location was great- quiet neighborhood yet close to all amenities. Home was clean, inviting & stocked with essentials. Private pool & water access was great. Close to several beaches within 1/2 hour. Would definitely stay again & recommend to others.

A great get away!

The house was a very pleasant place to stay. It was clean & stocked with essentials. Our family enjoyed the heated pool & canal access. Close proximity to shopping & restaurants. Several beaches nearby. Would stay again.

Responsive Owner-Pool/Hot Tub a Great Feature

Overall the property was nice. Used pool and hot tub frequently. Both pool/tub had initial temp issues, but owner resolved promptly by purchasing an upgraded heater. Internet was usable, but a bit spotty esp. when using for work video calls. There is no cable or antenna for the TV so be sure you are ready to stream. The owner was very responsive and we ended up using him for most questions as he acted quickly on requests.
