We invite you to enjoy our Disney area vacation home on your next trip to Orlando, perfect for family and groups of friends.

Our villa has 5 bedrooms, each room with their own en suite bath. At 2336 sq feet, the house sleeps 10 people with comfort and privacy. The home has 2 master king bedrooms (double sinks with walk-in closets), 1 queen bedroom, and two twin bedrooms. The home has plenty of room for everyone to spread out and relax after a day out. The dining room offers a full-size table and a spacious area to enjoy meals together. A well equipped eat in kitchen will give you the flexibility to dine in or enjoy a variety of local restaurants' take-away.

Outside, the oversize lanai encloses the private south-facing pool and spa which overlooks conservation land and Reedy Lake. Trees provide a pleasant mix of sun and shade throughout the day whether you want to dip in the pool or enjoy a refreshing drink on the cushioned loungers. In the interest of safety, there is a removable fence with latch for added protection for young children. If desired, the pool and bubbling spa feature can be heated at an additional cost. Pool heat is recommended from Sep-Mar.

For your convenience, the home is equipped with a full-size washer, dryer as well as a games room with billiards, air hockey and classic arcade games in the garage. Families with young children can make use of the in-house high chair, Pack N Play and umbrella stroller at no additional cost. This home will bring the excitement of Disney to you and have the kids talking about your trip for months to come.

Our house is located within Windsor Hills, a beautiful gated resort community just 1.5 miles (2.5 km) from the gates of Walt Disney World. The resort offers a variety of recreation and activities for all ages including a castle-themed children's playground, welcome center, state-of-the-art fitness center, sand volleyball, basketball and tennis courts, 40-seat movie theatre, video arcade and billiards. The resort welcome center is a short 3 minute stroll from the house. There you will find a family-friendly zero entry pool, water slide, games room, ping pong tables, exercise machines, movie theater, sundries store and snack bar. If you wish, you are welcome to take part in the aqua zumba classes or to enjoy the live entertainment.

Super vacation home

Lots of room and wonderful pool & hot tub! So close to parks and wildlife areas. Family all visited and resort has so much to offer - from large heated pool with amusement park type slides - store, gym, game rooms, theatre, etc. Hosts were very responsive to all our questions and requests. Wonderful Home for Family Vacation

This was an amazing house with 5 bedrooms, each with an ensuite bathroom, ceiling fans and television. The highlight for my 20 somethings was the game room, which was temperature controlled and had every classic video game you could imagine. The highlight for me was the ability to swim at the house every day with a nice private pool. The house backs up to Lake Reedy, providing privacy for your family. The wifi worked wonderfully and the neighborhood couldn't have been better. It was a very short drive to WDW, and the resort itself was lovely! We had an amazing stay and Adam was very prompt with answering all of my questions. I would recommend this property and plan to come back to stay there again in the future!

Nice property, close to all of the action. Pool has no rear facing neighbors as it overlooks reedy lake, which is nice for privacy. Comfortable bedding and very nice game room. Owner was very helpful and accommodating.

Bed bugs and no alternative

Bed bugs ruined an otherwise great experience. We had to vacate after 3rd night so they could spray the pesticide. VRBO was unable to find us a place to stay for the balance 6 days. We had purchased many supplies food which we ended up scrapping. Had to drive 52 miles to a Motel 6 and then back to a Springhill hotel. Totally ruined our expectations for a VRBO whole house rental. And yes they gave us a refund, but we expected them to find something similar and reimburse us for it But they have not. Definitely a vacation to remember (and forget).

Won't be using Global ever Again

The property itself was nice however there was a plethora of issues right off the bat. The pool hadn't been cleaned in few weeks and had algae all in the pool and filter. The hot tub wasn't working properly and the bottom of the pool was filthy as well as was the grill. When we contacted the property management company they would never call back just send out their property manager who wasn't able to do much, but was able to confirm that the pool wasn't serviced weekly like he should have. It also had lots of "sugar ants" and the patio door would only slide open 1.5 ft to 2 ft just enough to slide sideways through. None of the issues were remotely fixed except the pool was eventually cleaned on the last day of our stay. No supervisors ever contacted me back after calling them several times. They never were "available". Majority of the time they used a answering service that was no help either. Honestly ruined my family vacation and made me personally look bad because I booked it for the family. Very Very disappointed. I don't recommend anyone stay here or book with that company ever.

Comfortable but with pool issues

Generally the house was comfortable and well furnished however we were rather disappointed with the pool area. There were weeds growing around the pool area and green algae growing around a part of the pool surround edging. Also the pool table and chairs need updating and were somewhat dirty from being left out in the rain which is inevitable in the Floridian climate, but in my opinion should be attended to from time to time. We have stayed in other houses within the Windsor hills complex which have been much better furnished.

Business Stay / vacation

5 of us stayed here for convention at the Orange County convention center. It was by far cheaper than getting 5 or even 3 rooms. And we all had our own rooms and bathroom. As well as a private pool and hot tub in scenic backyard. The house was in perfect shape and the games room got a lot of use as well. We will be coming back with our families for sure! Extremely close to Disney (5 min ), great restaurants and other attractions.

Look no fruther---this place is perfect!

This house was perfect for our group of 2 families (3 adults and 2 teenagers). Everyone had their own bedroom and bathroom (we used 4 of the 5). The living space was more than adequate and very comfortable; the eating areas were large (we only used the kitchen table for breakfast); the games room was a hit with the boys; and the pool area was fantastic. We loved that the house/pool backed onto a conservation area; it felt very private. You could sit out by the pool in the morning with a coffee and listen to the birds (enough sun at that time of the day), and then have full sun in the afternoon for a swim, with no one looking onto you from the back (side neighbours were hardly ever there). The house was immaculately clean, and well equipped (the only things missing were a cake pan/cookie sheet and oven mitts). The community is very well maintained, and the house looks exactly as it does in the picture---no surprises! It felt safe, with easy in and out access at the gates. Here's a tip to save you time when you arrive: you have to check in at the property management centre on Hwy 192 (near marker 4), not at the Welcome Centre in the community (we thought the two centres were the same). We asked the property management company to adjust the a/c for us (the weather was really hot when we were there), and they came immediately to do that. The location of the house was great too---close to Hwy 192, with tons of restaurants, shops, mini golf, etc., and close to the theme parks. We'd go to the parks for 4 hours, then head home for a swim and relax in the afternoon, and head back out again in the early evening. Easy. We also went to the St. Petersburg area for a day (Fort Desoto State Park, for the beach), and it took about an hour and a half. Nice drive. All in all, we loved it! Adam and Monica, thank you for sharing your incredible property with us! If we're ever in the area again, we'll definitely book with you, and we'll be recommending your place without question.

Holiday in 7716 Comrow Street

The property was very clean and well presented on a well kept resort complex close to Disney and other attractions. It offers all the facilities a large family would want including a lovely pool which was great to relax in after a hard day at the parks. As with any large property there were some small issues (with the TV, pool and the garbage deposal) but all were addressed extremely quickly and did not impact our holiday at all. We would have no problem recommending this property to anybody. Above all it was backed up by an attentive, helpful and very knowledgeable owner. They responded to queries at all times of the day and night both before we went and whilst we were there. We felt like part of their extended family. They even found a way for us to watch the formula 1 which is not broadcast much in the US.

Our stay at the house was brilliant. I was worried it wouldn't live up to expectations but it more than surpassed them. Adam and Monica were exceptionally helpful and inquiring and booking was super easy. The house was spacious, beautifully furnished and everything was clean, tidy and well maintained, inside and out. The pool faces south which was a big plus and the house was not too far from, and not too close to, the main Windsor Hills entrance which meant just a short walk to the big pool and welcome/entertainment centre. There was ample space for two cars too and driving everywhere was simple, including Disney and Universal. Keypad entry made things simple too. The management company quickly dealt with a small issue with the pool and it was a stress-free experience all round. I would definitely recommend!

Great home for large groups w/kids!

We had a lovely visit at this property in early February. Before our visit, the owner was very responsive and informative, answering our many e-mailed questions quickly and providing helpful tips about where to do our shopping and rent items needed for our stay. The house was very clean and nicely furnished, with a well equipped kitchen and games tables in the garage. The community is nicely maintained with gated security and a handy keypad entry so you aren't fiddling with keys. We were a party of 10 (!) including 6 kids under 6. The house is large enough that we didn't feel crowded at all; both couples had their own master bedroom and the kids shared two bedrooms upstairs. The property management helped with getting rental items (play pens and strollers) into the house before our arrival, which was really helpful. And of course, the kids were totally thrilled about the pool - it was at least as exciting as Disneyworld for them! The house is a very short drive to the Disney parks and the Boardwalk, which we visited several times. We also went to the mall on a rainy day and hit up the local Target for groceries and sundries. We would definitely recommend this property, especially if you are traveling in a large group.

Awesome house in amazing location

First of all, the owners were incredibly helpful and responsive to all of our questions and concerns from beginning to end. The house itself was perfect for us. We are a family of 5 and our kids absolutely loved the private heated pool in the back of the house. We have stayed in several homes before and this was the most private of all. There is nothing behind the house aside from a beautiful view of trees and a lake. No neighbors overlooking which results in lots of privacy. The game room was great. And the house was also located within a few minute walk to the club house and the large resort pool that also has a slide and hot tub. Each bedroom has its own bathroom and TV which is also an extra benefit. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this home and will hopefully be back very soon!
