Sherpa Base is a multi-generational family friendly, private gated, Santa Fe residence overlooking the Jemez and Sandia Mountains. Our location is a stargazer's paradise, thanks to the absence of light pollution.

This 2,600 s/f, light filled 4 BR 2 BA fully furnished pueblo style home includes two living rooms and three fireplaces. Sleeps 6 guests. Covered car port for snow filled days. Four covered patios and a private courtyard that add an additional 1,000 s/f of secured outdoor living space. Spend a quiet evening stargazing without the interference of city lights.

Living Areas
The dining room, living room, kitchen, two bedrooms and one bath are on the main floor. Downstairs is another family room two bedrooms and a full bath. Fireplaces are upstairs, downstairs and out on the wrap around porch

Kitchen and Dining
A well-equipped kitchen will assist with preparing meals for you and your family. Granite countertops, gas stove and plenty of storage space. The kitchen is open to the dining room that has French doors that open to the wrap-around porch for Summer outdoor dining. An outdoor barbecue grill is provided for guests.

Bedrooms and Baths
This multi-level home allows the family to occupy two bedrooms and a living room at the main level and two bedrooms and a family room downstairs.

The master bedroom, with a queen size bed has a newly remodeled en-suite master bath with walk-in shower.

A second master bedroom with a full size bed is also upstairs, while the two bedrooms downstairs have two full size beds, and a queen bed respectively. The downstairs bath, newly renovated includes a tub and shower.

The downstairs family room opens to a private porch while the upstairs living room has spectacular views of the entire west facing Sangre De Cristo mountain range.

Outdoor areas:
Enjoy spectacular sunsets and watch the clouds move along the horizon as you sit on one of three covered patios overlooking the Jemez and Sandia mountains. Fenced throughout its 1.75 acres families enjoy the mountainside without leaving the property.
 
Extra Amenities
Guest amenities include complimentary Wi-Fi, a washer/dryer, ample parking which includes a covered car port.

Skiers/ Snowboarders will appreciate having garage access with ski/ snowboard racks, and storage for snow gears.

Families can enjoy the various games and activities available to our guests. A pack n play, stroller, high-chair are also available upon request for our guests to use.
