Great location easy to get to from air port

This is a great location in a safe quiet area. Lots of town homes with people walking and kids on bikes. Easy to get around and into Down Town Charleston.

Gorgeous townhome on the end in a quiet neighborhood complex 12 minutes from Shipyard Park. The kitchen was well stocked and the rooms were spacious and beds comfortable. Each bedroom had a tv, although one didn’t work. The rental company came to check for us and unfortunately they could not replace it during our stay but they tried! If you have younger children, the house had a pack ‘n’ play and toys throughout, in addition to beach and pool toys. There is a lovely back porch that overlooks a pond. The only “negative” was check-in. We asked for early check-in, if possible, and even offered to pay. We were told we would be notified as soon as the property was cleaned. At 4:10, we still did not have check-in information and I had to call three times to get ahold of someone. The neighbor told us the cleaners left at noon. Once I finally heard from the rental company, we had check-in procedures within ten minutes. Overall, this house is perfect for someone coming for baseball or a trip to Charleston. We definitely would come back!

SL House Girl’s Trip

We loved the place. It was quiet and perfect for us three girls’. Felt safe and accommodated us well. We did have a problem getting in with our code. We didn’t know to press the checkmark after the four digest code. In the future, you might want to tell the guests that little tidbit.

Perfect for our visit to Mt. Pleasant

We stayed here for 5 days while visiting family in the area. Alex was wonderful to work with. Friendly, efficient, responsive to any questions. Access and instructions were very thorough, accurate, and convenient. The town-home is larger than it appears in the photos, very clean and well supplied with basic necessities...and very comfortable sofas and beds. The quiet neighborhood is in a great location minutes from 526, Daniel Island, downtown, new shopping center only a minute down the road. We would definitely stay here again! Thank you Alex for making our visit to Mt. Pleasant a terrific one!
