Charming Isle of Palms home quietly nestled in one of the nicest areas on the island. Conveniently located just a short walk from the beach as well as only 50 yards from the Isle of Palms Rec center where you will find indoor/outdoor basketball courts, soccer fields, baseball/softball fields, lighted tennis courts, pickleball, indoor gym, children's playground, and supervised activities for children.

Whether you are with your family or a group of friends, this is the perfect vacation home in Isle of Palms - in addition to all the amenities inside, you can enjoy the private, quiet back porch that also serves as a dining and outdoor living area as well as the expansive carport area under the house.


Bedrooms:
All bedrooms are equipped with high quality linens and all the comforts of home- TV & DVD in most rooms, bedside tables, dressers, lamps, nice chairs, etc. Master bedroom is located on second floor and includes a queen bed, private balcony with sitting area, walk in closet and full bath with jetted tub. The 2 bedrooms below share a full bath. 2nd bedroom contains a queen bed and 3rd bedroom is ideal for children, including two sets of bunkbeds (sleeps up to 4). Additionally, living room features a sofa bed and a Pack & play is also available.

Kitchen & dining:
Kitchen is equipped with all the cookware & dining ware needed for the most elaborate meals. Dining room table seats 6.

Home is very child friendly. The following items are provided for you to use as needed: pack-n-play, two child gates, high chair, and booster seat.

Location:
Located just a 20 minute drive from historic Charleston, there are countless sites to see, places to shop, and great dining. Within 5 miles there are over 15 restaurants, 7 golf courses, 3 marinas and several parks. Approx. 1 mile walk to Front Beach where you will find good surfing near the pier; bring your own board or check out the surf shops in the area.

Spend a week here and you will never want to go back to reality!

This was a great house for a family. There’s plenty of room to sleep and hang out. It’s a short walk to the beach and lots of great beach items for use. The short walk to the rec center for pickle ball, tennis, soccer, and basketball was excellent. Parking was great as well.

We stayed here for part of our kids spring break. It was the perfect location! Not only could we walk to the beach, but we could also walk to a nice local park! Beautiful, clean property. Love the beach decor!

This house was just what was described and needed for our family vacation. Walking distance to the beach!! Loved the screened in porch!! Would definitely stay again. Only suggestion for kitchen is the cooking pans could be updated, but didn’t deter from our stay in the least.

Weekend Getaway

We visited IOP for a long weekend that our daughters were out of school for fall break. We are so happy we chose this house to stay at. It was in a great location, close to the beach, the rec center, and the grocery store, but still quiet. he home was very comfortable. We actually stayed in and watched college football Saturday and it was perfect. I would definitely stay again. The kitchen was well stocked with cookware. It was a perfect retreat for our visit.

Fantastic location with everything you need

I really enjoyed this house, as did in my family and my parents who joined us! It was very clean, well stocked with pretty much everything you could need, and only a couple of short blocks from the beach right in the heart of the Isle of Palms. Close to pretty much everything! The screened in back porch was perfect for playing cards, enjoying your morning coffee, or gathering for an evening meal. Brennan was quick to get back with me on any questions we had and made the entire process very easy. I would highly recommend this place!

You might want to speak with the people who clean your house as it had some issues that should have been handled by the cleaning folks.

Great location!

Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay! There was a miscommunication with the cleaning service so the house was not ready at our scheduled check in time. However, they were able to get there quickly and resolve this issue. I think because of this, they didn't get the proper time to check through some supplies (toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher liquid). We were close to the grocery store though, so we were able to restock for our use. I was impressed (and thankful) for how well stocked the kitchen utensils, dishes, pots and pans were! They were all in really good condition too. The check in issue aside, we would definitely stay here again! It was only a few minutes to the beach, a quick walk to the community park, and such a beautiful neighborhood!

Cute place!

We enjoyed our stay! There was plenty of room, especially in the upstairs suite. The upstairs closet had a pack and play and stair gate, and there was a high chair downstairs. Make sure you bring a wagon to carry things the short walk to the beach.

Had a great week at this home. The home was comfortable, clean and well-appointed. Beach was a 5-minute walk. Had everything we needed including some books, games and beach toys! Even had a Pack-N-Play and high chair for our child! Drennan is a great host and was responsive, helpful and friendly. Hope we can come back soon!

Beautiful just as shown in pics!

This was a last minute booking and the property was just as listed on VRBO! Location was within walking distance to the beach and a short driving distance to other beach areas. The owners were quick to respond. I would recommend this property for families, a couples get away or a fun trip with friends!

Wonderful Week

We had a quick trip to Isle of Palms for a week and this was a wonderful visit! The house is in a great location - a quick walk to the 30th street beach access - which was a great central spot. The house is great. Comfy couch set up perfect. The back screened in porch is awesome. We loved hanging out there. The master bedroom suite was great as well. Isle of Palms is awesome and access to great great breweries and restaurants is quick and easy. The Mulberry’s were fantastic hosts and easily accessible. Can’t say enough great things!!!
