Apres Sea is the perfect place to unwind after a day at the beach! Come stay with us and enjoy a private backyard with a pool, outdoor lounging and it is all just a short walk to the beach. Inside, you'll enjoy a spacious living, dining, and kitchen area as well as a beautiful addition with a wall of windows to let in beautiful natural light. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need for meals in and has enough space to host your large group or family. Apres Sea is located near shops and restaurants and is close to JTB, which makes for quick access to the rest of our city. Whether you're planning a work trip, a family vacation, or you're in town for a big game or golfing, this home will make you want to stay longer.

Ask about our weekly, monthly and multiple property discounts. We also partner with local beach bike and golf cart rental companies that will drop these off at the house. Welcome Home Rentals House Rules:

Primary renter must sign the renter agreement.

All pets must be approved and there is a pet fee. Additional pet fees may apply based on breed, size and number of pets.

All events must be approved.

Check in is 4pm and check out is 10am. Unauthorized early check ins or late checks outs will be charged $100 per hour fee.

Loud noise is prohibited after 10:00pm and before 9:00am per City Ordinance enforced by the local authorities. Failure to adhere to city ordinances will result in immediate eviction.

*** Pool heaters are turned off 5/15 - 9/15. Contact management 72hrs prior to your arrival to request pools heated. Guests use pool at own risk. ***

AMAZING home for family vacation

Home is beautiful with lots of natural light and an amazing set-up for a family trip! Really close to sand beach and in a quaint neighborhood. The outdoor living area and common spaces are EXCEPTIONAL. So much fun for a family trip with teenagers and young adults. They loved all of the games (ping pong, mini golf, etc), pool, and outdoor sitting area. We travel quite a bit and this is one of the best homes where we have stayed. Highly recommend!
