The condo was spacious. The pool and waterpark were great for the kids. Within 20 mins to all things Disney. Owners checked in a few times during our stay to make sure we were all good. Would highly recommend staying here!

A wonderful place to stay, would highly recommend!

Sunny Condo Retreat at Windsor Hills Resort in Kissimmee was beautiful, everything about it was superb with lots of little extras. You couldn't ask for anything more. The owners were so helpful and informative, nothing seemed to be too much trouble. All the beds were so comfortable and there was plenty of towels and beach towels. My family and I would highly recommend and hopefully will be going back very soon!!

Fantastic experience with our stay. Property is well maintained and Ruth and SunMi feel like they genuinely care about their clients with quick response times and attention to details that show they have tried to provide convenience and care at every turn. Perfect accommodation close to all Orlando parks

We enjoyed our stay at Sunny Condo Retreat. Extremely clean, well furnished and great size accommodation. There were 4 of us staying. Very close to communal swimming pool, supermarket - 2 mins drive and all Orlando parks very close. Highly recommended

From the initial contact, leading up to our stay, and throughout our stay, Ruth and SunMi were extremely responsive and some of the most communicative owners I have experienced. This was the best experience with an owner I have experienced. The condo was a wonderful place to rest and relax after full days at the parks. Each room was well decorated and clean. We felt at home at Sunny Condo Retreat and would certainly stay again.

A wonderful place to call home while on vacation

We booked the Sunny Condo Retreat for a short family getaway. The condo was perfect, clean, comfortable, and close to anything we could have needed/wanted. The communication before, during and after our trip was fabulous with clear instructions and some tips for making our stay even more fun. The amenities were also great, pool, hot tub, water slides, and arcade (extra $). We had a fabulous time and would definitely rebook this condo in future.

Amazing condo

Amazing Stay

Our family had a wonderful and comfortable stay at Sunny’s condo. The condo had everything we needed and so many extra touches. I appreciated the snacks they had out after a long travel day. The condo is really well stocked with essentials you will need during your stay. The pool and water park area were really nice and fun for our daughter. The condo is very close to Disney Parks, restaurants and Walmart. We would definitely stay here again!

Extended stay

So sad to leave after 7 weeks, but just arrived back home to uk. From booking, to leaving for home, our lovely hosts Ruth and Sun Mi could not have been more helpful and obliging. Communication was fantastic all through. When we arrived we found the condo immaculately clean and well presented and organised. Kitchen was great, plenty of quality cookware, cutlery, crockery including slow cooker and blender which we used a lot during our stay. Condiments, bathroom accessories and products, and plentiful thick towels etc. We had everything we needed (though I did buy a potato masher!!) and some bathroom scales as we wanted to watch our weight😂. The huge bed has a quality mattress, very comfortable as was the bed our daughter used when she ‘gate crashed’ our holiday for a week! Enjoyed our stay so much, we have booked another long stay - can’t wait to be back. Of course Windsor Hills is a quality, safe and quiet gated community, friendly staff in welcome centre and Market Place cafe, and close to all that is Disney and the fabulous Sunset Walk/Margaritaville. Thank you again to our wonderful hosts for hosting us.

Amazing apartment-we were so impressed.

We stayed at Sunny Condo during our 2nd time in Florida, our first stay elsewhere was run down and shabby and I was nervous about booking this apartment and whether it would be as nice as the pictures. We shouldn't have worried as it was perfect! This is an immaculate and fully equipped modern apartment. Highlights for us were the tasteful decor and modern feel, fully equipped kitchen, big dining table, very comfy beds and lots of space for our family of 4. It was like home from home for two weeks. We would 100% book again if returning to Florida again.

We stayed in the Sunny Condo Retreat for 13 nights and couldn’t fault it. Location is excellent, near to the clubhouse and pool and being in Windsor Hills makes getting to Disney a dream! Also very close to Walmart and loads of restaurants. The condo is well equipped and was scrupulously clean on arrival. Beds were comfortable and kitchen had everything you could need. We had excellent, responsive communication throughout from Ruth and Sun Mi. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend a stay here. Thank you.

Perfect Condo!

We recently stayed at this Windsor Hills 3 bedroom condo and it was such a delightful stay! This centrally located condo was immaculately clean and well appointed! We traveled with our 3 grandchildren and it was the perfect size for us. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you need to make life easier when traveling with young children! They left snacks and coffee to get us started which was very thoughtful! The pool area is perfect and kept the kids busy most of the day with the winding slides and splash pad. They also had pool side activities and contests while we were there which added to the experience. I would most definitely go back to this condo and highly recommend this particular unit!

Amazing stay at Sunny Condo Retreat

Just back from an amazing 2 week stay at the gorgeous Sunny Condo Retreat. Absolutely loved our stay here, location couldn’t have been better for the Disney parks, 2 minutes away from Walmart/petrol station, there’s even a McDonald’s literally 5 minutes away. Location of the condo onsite was perfect for access to the most amazing pool, just far away that you don’t hear any noise whatsoever but literally a 2 minute walk if you forget to take something to the pool, we could easily just nip back for anything we forgot. Absolutely loved all the little extras such as complimentary toiletries, books, games and teddies for our girls to cuddle at night. Our girls loved the chalk board in their room and having plastic cups/plates really helped with our youngest. Loved how homely the condo felt and how comfy the beds were after long days at the parks! We really loved our stay at Sunny Condo Retreat, Ruth was the perfect host and could not have been nicer or more accommodating. Thank you so much Ruth for the most amazing stay, it was just perfect.

Most magical retreat!

Just returned from a two week stay at this wonderful condo. I honestly cant express how well equiped this property is for anyone but especially families. The children and adults loved the little disney touches throughout the condo. And the mural in the childrens room was beautiful. My daughter loved it so much. The condo was super comfortable, especially the beds which was well received after long theme park days!! As you can see from the photos it has lovely modern decor throughout. The appliances in the kitchen are of such a high standard! We were honestly so blown away by this property. Also, the coffee and snacks on arrival day was a very sweet gesture after such a long flight. Ruth has been a brilliant host, and has always got back to any queries before and during our stay so speedily. Honestly, we loved Sunny Condo Retreat and highly recommend this property to anyone, and we can't wait to return one day in the future. Thank you so much for letting us build magical treasured family memories in your beautiful condo.

A lovely base to visit the parks from

We had a lovely stay at Sunny Condo. As you'd expect from the location, it's a great place to base yourselves if you're planning on spending lots of time at Disney. The condo is clean and tidy, tastefully decorated, and contains everything you'll want or need, and even a few snacks and coffees for your arrival. The complex itself is nice, with a good pool area and handy shop for essentials and the market grill for takeaway type food. If you're planning on a pool day get to the pool before 10 if you want a sunbed though! Nearby Walmart, Starbucks, CVS, and a number of restaurants ensure you're no more than 5 minutes drive from everything you might need.

This was the first place that made my kids cry because we had to leave. Very accommodating, close to everything. We took the ride to Tampa and Clearwater to break from the theme parks, well worth it! We loved the riverwalk and the beach!

Sunny Condo Retreat at Windsor Hills Resort in Kissimmee was beautiful, everything about it was superb with lots of little extras. You couldn't ask for anything more. The owners were so helpful and informative, nothing seemed to be too much trouble. All the beds were so comfortable and there was plenty of towels and beach towels.
