The location was good for us. We have stayed in that area several times and like it. Parking was not ideal. Towels were horrible and need to be replaced, they did not dry at all. And there were no extra towels at all! We would look for other accommodations the next time we stay in that area.
In spite of the fact that I had written evidence of extending my reservations with the host, they tried to blame me for the lack of communication. Trying to communicate with them was like talking to an algorithm. No human interaction. Rude and inflexible. In addition, the property is not in a good area. We will definitely look for a different place to stay next time.
The location is perfect for the downtown St. Augustine area--easy walk downtown. Property is very nice and host was very easy to communicate with and was very responsive to requests.
What an adorable room. Very comfortable and a quick walk to everything down town. The host/hostess were very accommodating. We lived our stay and would definitely stay here again.
We had a wonderful time. The room was just perfect and so were the Hosts. It was right at the edge of downtown and so close for walking into town. Jared was very attentive and made everything just perfect! We will be back.

Super cute & cozy suite with everything we needed for our 3 night visit. This unit (#6) is on the top floor, with a short flight of stairs and then a longer one on the outside of the building. Check-in was quick & easy with a 4 digit keypad code, the host provided on the day of arrival. Inside, there's a small "kitchen" area with mini fridge, microwave, coffee maker & supplies, paper towels, cups & champagne flutes, and a few pieces of silverware. The bath area is good sized with plenty of shelves & spaces for your toiletries. The shower head has excellent pressure. The bedroom area has a king size bed, tiny night stands with phone charging pads, a closet area, a tiny desk and a big TV. The room has a remote to manage the AC/heat and another for the TV. Only downside of the suite is it's a bit tight on either side of the bed, and the bed frame doesn't support the bed well. However, we both thought it to be very comfortable. The Lincolnville area is an easy 10-20 min walk to the famed historic downtown district of St Augustine. Have fun...we did!
Room was clean and well put together. Everything you need for a couple night stay. Walking distance to historical district, restaurants, and brewery. Would definitely stay again.
This room was clean and comfortable. Easy walk to the Historic District. Room was up a flight of stairs so not accessible for everyone. Also there was no door on the bathroom so maybe not everyone's cup of tea! Amenities were nice. Manager was very accessible.

First I have to said the communication with the host was excellent experience. The overall of the excellent cleanliness of the suite and was very cute. The parking can be a little difficult if you don't get there before 4pm. The distance from the home to the Historic Town is about 15min walking. Recommended Columbia Restaurant and Harry's Restaurant excellent food. Will come back to the 77 Oneida St. Thank you for your Hospitality.
The host was great, the room was cozy, and it was a short walk to downtown. This would be a five star review, but it wasnt a perfect stay. The toilet is just out in the open. While i didnt have an issue with that, my wife wasn't super excited about it. Additionally, if you want to take a hot shower at the end of the day, you are out of luck. The water dosent get hot. It gets mildly warm, but not hot. This was a stay killer for me. I need a hot shower at the end of the day and a semi warm shower simply dosent cut it. Im only deducting a single star for these issues, as the bathroom thing was in other peoples review and i missed it. Thats on me. The hot water thing is where the star comes off. I would have deducted 2 stars if the host wasnt so nice. I hope they will turn the hot water heater up a bit so people dont have to take luke warm showers in the future. I dont want to end on a negative note. The price was great. The bed was cozy. We had everything we needed. The bedside induction chargers are a great touch. Idk how the bedding was, as we bring our own and put it on top of what the host supplies, but it seemed nice. We arrived late and i couldnt figure out how to get to our room. I messaged the host at midnight and they responded quickly. This is a great start for the price. Just make sure you are comfortable using the toilet in full view of whomever you are staying with.
