About this property
119 1/2 Kings Ferry Way
The historic 119 1/2 Kings Ferry Way Cottage, an authentically restored shot gun house, circa late 1800s, was built during the same period and in the same style as its sister house next door. The Lincolnville Neighborhood Distinct is on the National Register of Historic Places and contains multiple historic homes and churches, unique eateries and fine restaurants. Our 3 cottages can all be booked for larger groups desiring close proximity and privacy for up to 8 adults
The space
The entrance to the Cottage is the original historic shotgun hallway that leads to the small back porch. The Cottage while small is ideal for a single guest or a couple. One bedroom with queen size bed, full bath with walk in shower, full size kitchen with stove, refrigerator, microwave, toaster and coffee maker, and living room with TV and WiFi. The Cottage has a comfortable couch and table and chairs for sit down dining. Please review all of the photos so that you will be familiar with all of the amenities.
Guest access
Guests have the full use of the entire Cottage, including the front and back porches The brick paved courtyard is shared with the adjacent Sister Cottage. There is FREE on site parking for guests at both Cottages.
Other things to note
The two Kings Ferry Way Cottages have been restored to represent the time in which they were built. Central heat and air, on-demand gas water heaters, walk in showers and small TVs and WiFi were added, but the Cottages retain most of their original features and the experience is intended to replicate another era. The small spaces do not allow for king size beds or large couches.
