This place was absolutely perfect! It was very clean, very spacious, nicely decorated and a very convenient location. It had everything we needed and more. Ryan was a great host, very responsive and it was a smooth check in process. We have stayed at a lot of rental properties and this was definitely the best one. Highly recommend!!

The condo was clean and located close to shops, restaurants and the lake. The bedrooms are street level on a side street so there is some road noise, but it didn’t bother me.

The condo was perfect! It was super clean, nicely decorated, very spacious, and was the perfect place to hang out in Traverse City. My sisters and I celebrated birthdays with my niece, and this condo worked great for us. Host was super helpful too! Highly recommend!!!

Ryan, host of kept in contact and let me know we were able to check in early if we wanted to. Condo was very clean and enjoyable to be in. Parking was easy and convenient. Great set up for my wife, myself, daughter and her finance. Definitely recommend this condo and the location is great to walk downtown. Next time staying in the area will be looking up for availability.

We have rented dozens of properties over the years. This condo was, by far, the cleanest place we have ever stayed at! The owner, Ryan, had excellent communication with us. He went beyond the ordinary to quickly help us with our questions. From past VRBO rental experiences, we brought a bag of basic supplies we thought we might need. This proved to be unnecessary. Supplies like dishwasher soap, laundry soap, shampoo, coffee and filters were provided-no running out to a store after a long drive to get the essentials. The beds were comfortable. The location was ideal, close enough to walk to restaurants, right on the Tart Trail for an easy access to ride along the West Bay and into downtown Traverse City. Highly recommend!
