Book the ultimate mountain experience when you stay at the one-of-a-kind luxury of Ten Mile Vista. Featuring 3100 sq ft of space, including four bedrooms, a gourmet kitchen, a private hot tub, and incredible views from every side. We are centrally located in Breck for easy access to the slopes, and the historic district Downtown. High Speed Wi-Fi and parking for 4 vehicles is included.
Foyer: Upon entering, you are greeted by a spacious and inviting foyer with warm wood accents. The laundry room is located on your left as you enter from the garage. Just past the laundry room is a half bath powder room, also located on your left.
Living Room: The spacious living room has vaulted ceilings and a grand fireplace, perfect for cozying up on winter evenings. There are large windows with panoramic mountain views, allowing you to experience the changing seasons. It's an ideal space for game nights, movie marathons, or simply relaxing with loved ones.
Kitchen: The chef's dream kitchen is a masterpiece of modern design and functionality. Granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, a large center island with a breakfast bar for 2 with brand new bar stools, and custom cabinetry. You can cook like you would at home - if you want to. We have both a regular drip coffee maker and a Keurig.
Dining Room: Adjacent to the kitchen, the elegant dining room offers a space for 8 for memorable meals with family and friends.
Sleeping Arrangements: 4 Bed, 4.5 Bath - After a long day of skiing, hiking, or exploring the Town of Breckenridge, you'll be looking to rest up for an equally entertaining day tomorrow. Make yourself at home in one of the four cozy bedrooms in the home. The primary bedroom is located on the main level with the three guest bedrooms on the upper level. • Primary Bedroom (Bottom Floor): King bed and walk-in closet. The ensuite bath includes a tub, step-in glass steam shower, and dual vanity. • Bedroom 2 (Top Floor): King bed with a brand new mattress, and closet. The ensuite bathroom includes a step-in shower, and dual vanity. • Bedroom 3 (Top Floor): King bed, dresser, closet and flatscreen TV. This bedroom shares a bathroom with a bunk room. The bath has a double vanity and shower tub combo. • Bedroom 4 (Top Floor): Two twin bunk beds (4 total beds), two dressers, and closet. This room shares a bathroom with the third bedroom. The bath has a double vanity and shower tub combo.
Family Room: For those who work remotely or seek a quiet space for productivity, a dedicated space that can be secluded from the rest of the home. This space includes the desk, a comfy sofa that pulls out into a bed, and a flatscreen TV.
Patio: Step outside onto the expansive patio to enjoy fresh mountain air and take in the surroundings, and unwind in the 6-person hot tub or tell stories around the firepit. Enjoy the outdoor seating for 4, as well.
Garage: A spacious heated garage provides ample storage space for 1 vehicle and outdoor gear, ensuring that you're always ready to explore the nearby hiking trails, ski slopes, and adventure that Breckenridge has to offer.
You'll check yourself in with an access code, which is provided automatically before you arrive. We provide enough supplies for a typical weekend stay. This includes paper towels, salt/pepper, dish soap and a new sponge, dishwasher pods, laundry detergent for a few loads, hotel-style bottles of shampoo, conditioner, and soap, plus extra rolls of toilet paper per bathroom. We also provide fresh pressed linens, including all bed sheets and towels. This home has a private hot tub, so extra towels for the hot tub are included. We take care of cleaning and servicing the tub before and after your stay.

Everything you could need for your stay was provided. A beautifully laid out home that comfortably held our group with room to spare. Gorgeous space very close to Main Street and not too far from Frisco. Highly recommend!
