Paradise By The Beach has a spacious open living, dining, and kitchen area. They are on the first floor offering comfortable furnishings and beautiful appoints, including travertine marble flooring and sunny windows for natural light. Two sets of sliding glass doors lead out to a furnished covered patio overlooking the backyard. The living area includes two light blue couches which face a wide wall-mounted flatscreen TV. It’s flanked by regal arch-topped built-in shelves that display coastal decorative art. A charming picnic-style table with four cottage chairs and a bench sits beside one set of glass patio doors. The open kitchen includes cream-colored cabinetry, mottled granite-topped counters, an accented kitchen island, and stainless steel appliances to serve your culinary needs. A bar with six round hardwood topped stools inspires fun entertainment. This floor also has a cozy queen bedroom, a garage-converted game room, and a hall bath with a walk-in shower that serves as a convenient powder room.

The remaining guest quarters are upstairs, including the master bedroom with a king-sized bed, a balcony with suspended basket swings for relaxation, and a large flatscreen TV for evening viewing pleasure. A unique connected bunk nook with two queen beds allows a couple with young ones to have their own space. The luxurious ensuite bath includes a deep soaking tub and a glass-walled walk-in shower. Another bunk room on this level with access to a full hall bath includes a queen-sized bed and three twins. Two other cottage-style guest bedrooms also include king-sized beds with ensuite bath. A bonus room with a queen sleeper sofa also has access to a romantic private balcony.

Paradise by the Beach, located in prestigious Destiny West neighborhood, is also only steps away from the lovely lagoon-shaped community pool and clubhouse. This large swimming pool features an expansive patio that’s adorned with lush tropical plantings. A simmering hot tub nearby provides pampered relaxation in a secluded area bordered by towering palm trees. The lavish two-story Destiny West clubhouse includes bathroom facilities, showers, dressing rooms, a fitness center, and an upper-level sun deck overlooking the refreshing pool. Tennis courts are also nearby and lighted for cooler night play.

This delightful Destin locale is across from a long promenade that parallels the crystalline shoreline with multiple access points and picnic pavilions for beachside gatherings. It is centered upon The Crab Trap restaurant, which features a charming golden Americana style that resembles a beachside resort from the early 1900s. They serve delicious seafood, po’boy sandwiches, gumbo, tasty appetizers, fresh fish, and adult refreshments. Other great restaurants with friendly beach bars, grocery stores, and shopping adventures are minutes away. The idyllic, tropically landscaped Destin Commons retail village is nearby, with a fine array of shopping destinations, restaurants, bars, and a multiplex AMC movie theater. Ocean Reef guests receive special discounted rates at a championship golf course only minutes away at the Seascape Resort. The captivating Village of Baytowne Wharf is also close by in Sandestin, inspired by New Orleans French Quarter architecture. *Additional golf carts are allowed; however, each golf cart takes up one parking space. They must be rented through Destin Elite Golf Carts; you will mention booking code DWR. If a golf cart is rented with another company, you will be fined $100 a day by the HOA. *
