The house was very clean. It had a well-stocked kitchen so we were able to eat some of our meals there. The pool was clean. They pay attention to little details like ice in the freezer and toiletries in the bathroom just like a hotel. Nice towels and linens. Communication with the host was exceptional. Nice safe neighborhood. The only drawback would be that there are no restaurants or fast food places nearby. We used Uber to get to the grocery store and Universal Studios. Would recommend.

Thank you for the great review and look forward to hosting you again in the future. In regards to restaurants and grocery stores there are plenty up on Riverside Drive, Magnolia Bl. and Verdugo which are roughly a 10 minute walk in different directions, it just depends on whether or not you care to walk, drive or Uber. Universal Studios is not walking distance, but is roughly 10 minute drive.
